A Great Time Had By all

Ashley Manor was a wonderful place to stay during our recent trip. It was very clean, bright and close to all the attractions. In fact, a couple of days we went back to the house between Disney parks. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and the kids loved the WiFi. The Publix grocery store was right down the street and the pizza place beside it was great for takeout. However, I would not recommend the Chili's. You do need to bring your own basics such as toilet paper and paper towels as there is minimal at the house. Liz was fantastic to work with. We had to change our dates by a day and she was very accommodating. I would stay at ashley Manor again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Florida Villa

Very spacious and comfortable accomodation. Great games room and clean pool. Was perfect for our family of 4 and only 15/20 minute drive max to most of the parks. Booking was very a smooth process. Highly recommended.

Great villa in a good location

This was our second stay in the villa and it did not disappoint us. It is clean and of a high comfortable standard. It is in a great location with a supermarket nearby and restaurants on the main 192 within easy driving reach on quiet roads. All parks are within a 20 minute drive. Overall a fantastice holiday will book again next time!

Perfect Family Holiday Location

Ashley Manor is an ideal location for an Orlando holiday with children. The villa is very spacious and very well furnished. The swimming pool is a welcome relief after a day at the parks.
There is an excellent Publix supermarket and other shops a short distance away. Overall an excellent holiday location with both the owner and agent providing first class service.

Awesome location, price and house

We stayed in March for a week, and had a blast. The house is conveniently located and was easy to get to the astros and Braves Spring Training games. We were also close to Sea World. The house is well priced compared to others and has better accommodations than most. The bedrooms are large enough for two couples and 4 children (twin beds), and there is a pool, foosball table and billiards for entertainment. On our next trip to Florida, we'll be sure to stay here again!

House was very spacious and comfortable. there were lots of movies and great Tv's in every room. The pool was gorgeous although we did not use it due to the weather. Plan on shopping for some basices as there is a minimal supply of toiletries, but major food stores are very close by.

Vacation time in Orlando

We had a great time in Orlando. The whole process was trouble free and Liz was great to work with. I would have to trouble to recommend a stay at ashley Manor. Home away from home feeling and my son especially loved playing pool at night and I would BBQ and have a cold beer. Make a great spot to take advantage of anything from Bush Gardens to Cape Cannevral. Easy access to the highway and most stuff is just minutes away.
Looking forward to my next stay!

Amazing vacation thanks to an amazing house!

I cannot say enough good things ashley Manor! My family and I stayed there last month and were quite impressed. Absolutely everything was taken care of from check-in to check-out and we really could not have asked for more. The house is located about 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal. The surrounding area has a grocery store, gas stations, and many restaurants very close-by. The house itself was beautiful and very well maintained. We were able to sleep 6 adults very comfortably and could have easily invited more along. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed using the patio furniture to have a relaxing day pool-side. The game room equipped with pool table, ping-pong, etc. was also great. Really cannot think of a single complaint and wish I were back at ashley Manor right now!

Excellent value for money

We stayed at the villa at the end of November, into December. Our party consisted of my wife and I, our daughter and son in law with 8 month old grandson.The villa was very well appointed and clean. It is situated in a quiet residential area and very easy to get to. It was well worth the extra cost to heat the pool. The location was good with Champions gate only 5 minutes away, but it was a good drive to Universal. Disney parks were obviously closer. The villa is in a small cul de sac and all of the villas are well presented and maintained. There are one or two full time residents who are ready with advice regarding the immediate area. Pipers Restaurant at Champions Gate Golf Club was a great place for breakfast or lunch, with Chilli's Restaurant excellent for dinner, although even at this time of year, it was very busy. Maybe it was the 2 for the price of 1 drinks that was the attraction.
Overall, a nice villa in a good location and an excellent holliday

Lots of space for the price!

So much space for the money! Very easy check-in, they just gave us the key code to let ourselves in when we arrived. We traveled with our 3 children and my 24 year old sister. It was great that she had her own room/bathroom. And the kids enjoyed the twin beds. The home was clean and spacious.
There were many signs and instructions posted around the house explaining what to do and giving warnings about things you could be charged for, so I was a bit anxious my 3-year-old would break something.
My only complaint is that I didn't receive the security deposit back until over 5 weeks after we checked out. But from other reviews I'd read, I knew it wouldn't be an instantaneous process. I don't have my paypal linked to my bank account, so she mailed me a check from Scotland.
Overall, a very great place to stay. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful house, cozy and comfortable, just like home.

We had 7 people in our group, 4 adults and 3 children. The house was the perfect size to accomodate our group. We never felt crowded. It was wonderful to sit on the couch and drink our coffee and watch TV instead of piling up on beds in a hotel room. This house was spotless and very well decorated, kind of gave you the feeling of being "at home." The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and all necessary utensils. The pool was enjoyable and heated for the cool fall nights. I personally loved the garden tub in the master suite!!
This house is in a perfect location, less than a 10 minute drive from the attractions, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The area is very quiet with almost no traffic.
The kids enjoyed the game room, although the pool sticks didn't have tips on them, so we really couldn't play very well.
I have no complaints. Just a couple of tips for anyone else who decides to stay here during their vacation. There are a few necessary items that are not available that you will need to bring with you or purchase for your stay: Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and/or dish soap (you have to wash all dishes when you leave.) Other than that, it was perfect.
Liz was great to work with. All transactions were handled promptly. Thanks so much!! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Orlando.

We went on a "trial" run to see if we would want to book this home for a longer stay. The home was very clean, well maintained, in a nice neighborhood, close to grocery, pharmacy, etc. It is closer to the Disney side of things than Orlando but that is where we spend 90% of our time. we were please with how spacious the home was and the layout of beds and baths. We will definitely stay there again.

The complete package!

This villa is very comfortable, large and spacious but still with a cosy feel. Tasteful decor and very well equipped. My partner and I stayed for the fortnight after travelling round the U.S. and so decided to be very laid back during our stay here. We have visited the parks and other attractions in years gone by so this time we spent alot of time at the villa so I can assure anyone considering this villa you would not be disappointed. We ate in the villa regularly in particular we used the BBQ to enjoy fabulous evening meals by the poolside with our own music and drinks. It's very private as the backyard is fenced around. The kitchen and BBQ are very well equipped. The games room I believe had just been refreshed and was looking fabby. We particularly enjoyed the table tennis!!

Homely and Cozy Stay at ashley Manor

Our stay at ashley Manor was very wonderful. After a long and tiring trip to Universal we felt very cozy and homely. Owner was very helpful and prompt in responding to my concerns. The condition of room, bed and towels were very clean. It was worth renting this place instead of staying in hotel. Although this place is 20-25 minutes away from Universal Studio, we didn't mind driving.

This was my first time renting a villa on the internet and I was concened that it would not be that nice or there would be problems. The owner was very helpful and walked me through the process. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Initially we did not have hot water but we called the management company and they told us what to do to turn it on. The towels and linens were nice (and there were plenty of them) and the bed was comfortable. It was so much nicer staying here than in a hotel and we loved the extra room. There were only 2 of us but the house could have easily accomodated many more. My main complaint was having to wait a month to get the cleaning deposit refunded but I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

I stayed there with my mum dad and brother just over a year ago and i can still put it down as the best ever family holiday - during that 19 day holiday, at no point did i have any problems or doubts about the villa. not only is it very spacious and extremely homey, it is also a short journey to many of the big theme parks, which for me, as a 16 year old, was very important! i also find it incredible that a holiday villa like this has 3 bedrooms (with comfortable beds, may i add), a full sized kitchen and a small, built in swimming pool to come home to after a long day, which was very relaxing and enjoyable. i would with no hesitation at all recommend this villa for anyone ranging from couples looking for a hot week away in the sun, or families looking to have an active time at all the theme parks on offer!!

The Best Villa Yet!

Excellent location, the Sub Division is very small and quiet. The house/grounds/pool are very private. All the rooms are good sizes and we felt very much at ease in this home. We can't actually fault this villa, we have stayed here many times due to the location (3 mins I4 (Champions Gate) 11 mins Universal and Florida Mall), Ideal for Reunion/Providence golf courses and all the attractions.

Wonderful Experience

The property was beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and everything in good working order. There was more than enough fresh linen for everyone, and the utillity room was another added bonus. The location was great for Restraunts, Golfclubs, Shopping Malls and some of the theme parks. A wonderful get away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ashley Manor in Davenport . The home was very nice and comfortable for everyone.
It is in a great location. Approximately 30 minutes from the airport and about 20-25 minutes away from area attractions. There is also a large supermarket and many fast food restaurants about 5 minutes away from the house.
Elizabeth, (the property owner) was a pleasure to work with. This was our first time renting a villa and she made the experience a great one from beginning to end.

This place was great! It was very close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc., and completely furnished with everything we could have wanted. We traveled with a 5 month old baby and it even had a high chair and pack 'n play for him! The house was incredibly clean, bright and spacious and on a quiet road. Super Florida Villa

My magical experience in a magical villa!

I really enjoyed my stay at Davenport, what I liked was when you first drove up to the street how luxurious the street was and that was before I stepped into the villa. The street has about a dozen villas which makes the street look very classy. All the villas looked like they are well kept and the street was very peacefully and clean. My first impression was a 5 star impression.
The Villa itself was out of this world, the place was spotless you could have ate your dinner off the floor. Very spacious and plenty of things to do for everyone, night or day.
The games room was a big success as there was the snooker, the pinball and the arcade games. Not forgetting the large amount of DVDs to watch.
I liked how you had your own private pool and nobody ever bothered you, not even the bugs because you have the invisable net round the pool.
There was even a top of the range barbeque which we used on seversal occasions on our stay. I also liked how the villa was very homely and cosy and ideal for relaxing in.
Local immentitys, Disney, Theme Parks and outlets are a stone through away which is excellent. You jumped in the car for about a 10/20 minute drive and you where at one of Floridas attractions.
I think overall the villa caters for young and old and for small or large parties which is excellent, if I went back to Florida I would definately stay in the very UPPER CLASS VILLA, I would not have any reason to look anywhere else.

Escape to the Sun

My wife Sue and I have used this Davenport villa on a number of occasions and are returning there in a couple of months.
We look to have a relaxing time and relax is what we do at this wonderful villa which has everything we want.
I golf at Championship Gate while Sue suns herself or cooks some treat for me.
We love having the internet and I enjoy watching Premier League football on the television.
We have visited many of the resorts and cities in this part of Florida and will always remember our trip to Cape Canaveral.
I am happy to recommend this villa to you with enthusiasm and without reservation.

A Fantastic Villa in a Great Location!!

The villa was clean and spacious and in a great location, making all the theme parks easily accessible on the nearby highways, without being in the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas. The area was quiet and relaxing when you didnt want to go to the parks. The kids loved the pool and the games room.
There is a large supermarket nearby as well as a number of pizza ans chinese takeaways. There are not many restaurants in the immediate area but the main 192 highway with many different restaurants is only a 10 minute drive away on quiet roads.
The service from Liz was excellent before the holiday and she kept in touch, keeping us informed and providing all necessary information.
A fantastic holiday and we would definitely book this villa for our next visit to Florida!!

Most ideal location for a home from home.

This villa has more warmth and cosyness about it than some other villas I have rented over the years. The location is great. Situated in a quiet dead end street there is little noise and traffic and it is only 2 minutes drive from conveniences such as supermarkets and places to eat. It is about 5 minutes drive to the I-4 which allows quick travel to all theme parks and other parts of Florida. As a party of 7 people the villa catered for our needs in terms of space, overall seating and the kitchen facilities. The garage houses the pool table and ping pong table which made for great entertainment. The poolside whilst a little on the small side for 7 people sunbathing is still kept clean and tidy and caters for 7 people enjoying a BBQ!

Best Stay Ever!
Left on 08/25/2009 for a stay in December 2005
.Liz was so great to work with even though she was overseas! I received my deposit in full and the place was amazing. We had more than plenty room for a family of 5 plus my parents. With two rooms with bathrooms attached it made for a great place for my parents to have their own space! The location is perfect for doing the Disney parks and Universal parks. The washer/dryer was a plus when it came to heading to Cocoa Beach. The whole family loved the pool, and the comfy furniture. It truly was like being at home with benefits of a huge dining table where we could all have a meal. It was also very close to the grocer for food for the parks and meals at the villa. I plan on staying here again in the future! I give it two thumbs up!
