We searched for some time to find a villa that provided a little bit of luxury and a pool that was private and not overlooked. Sunset Haven didn't disappoint, it's furnished to a high standard and suitably equipped. The villa is ideally located very close to Disney and all the restaurants and shops on the 192.
The pool is in full sun from mid afternoon to sunset and was the perfect place to chill after a long day at Disney with the kids.
From our very first contact, Audra was very helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good holiday.
From watching the hot air balloons in the early morning to the sunsets in the evening, the villa provides a lovely location for a holiday and we would not hesitate to recommend it. -

This home was such a great place to stay. From our first contact with the Wenner family to the morning we left it was so easy! On arrival everything was lovely and clean and spacious. Travelling with three grown children we had more than enough room to stretch out and relax. Kitchen fully equipped for the meals we had (even snack containers for the lunch we packed on our travels!) We swam morning and evening in the pool and sat in the sun. Attractions all within easy driving distance. It was indeed like "borrowing" a friend's home. It made the holiday so comfortable and easy.

Just returned after our second visit to this villa. Once again we were not disappointed. The villa is very well equiped and maintained and in the best location for all the parks. It is in a peaceful setting next to the lake perfect for relaxing.

My wife and I stayed at this villa along with our daughter at the end of September and beginning of October 2012. I have to say we had a fantastic time there and would highly recommend to anybody.
We have been to Florida the three previous years and this villa overall beats the rest of the villas we have stayed in. The location is first class sunset lakes is the best area we feel to stay in if you are traveling here, it is a gated community and very peaceful and the view out of the pool area onto the lake was spectacular. The villa itself was very clean and well kept, we had a few niggles but have to say that the management company were very good at dealing with them just one phone call sorted it. If we do go to Florida again we will check to see if this villa is available first as we would love to come back. -

We had a really great holiday staying in Sunset Haven in august 2011, and as we were considering returning to Orlando in 2013 our first choice for accommodation was this very same villa. We have stayed on the Sunset Lakes estate on four occasions now, in three different properties. It is ideally situated for all the theme parks, shopping, eating out and access to I4 if you want to visit either the East or West coasts. We really liked Sunset Haven for its position, as it got the sun over the pool area in the afternoon and early evening, which was ideal when we returned exhausted from a day in the parks to relax with a cold beer after a refeshing dip in the pool! Great location and villa for families, as it is not quite as built-up or congested as some of the newer estates, you are not over-looked but have a great view out over the lakes. Would agree that the bathrooms needed a little attention as other guests have previously mentioned, but that is probably just being picky! Definitely would recommend this villa, just hope it doesn't get booked-up too quickly for future visits.

Really great stay at the Wenner family's villa in Florida.
The location is perfect for Disney and local amenities and with a beautiful outlook with views of sunsets across the lake. The layout of the property is excellent with loads of space and it was spotlessly clean, although needing some minor cosmetic updates in the bathrooms and the pool, but this in no way detracted from our stay. Arrival and departure was very easy, it's secure (gated and with an alarm) and there is free internet access which is extremely useful. Audra Wenner is very responsive to any queries and is keen to offer advice or help in any other way she can to ensure you have the best possible holiday. The management company were also very quick to sort out an issue with the lanai after a storm blew in one panel of the screen - this was repaired the very next working day after we called.
This property is an ideal base as it is incredibly relaxing whether you want to visit the theme parks or not. We would not hesitate to highly recommend it and would certainly want to stay here again on our next visit to the Orlando area.

The villa was everthing we thought it would be, it was comfortable and homely and the pool was a welcome respite after a day at the parks. The local shops and restaurants were very handy, we particularly liked The Red Lobster.

Beautiful villa with many homely touches and extras. This villa is clearly a second home and not just let out for profit. Lovely touches such as paintings, candles, toys, Dvds, books etc. The furnishings are of a high standard and the views over the lake are magnificent. Lovely not to be overlooked and a great location near to Disney. Would recommend and stay here again.

The villa had everything you needed and was very clean, the location just great, pool great for small children. plenty of supermarket and restaurant within short distant. Very easy to get to disneys parks. After busy day at park returning to villa for swim and getting meal in and relaxing so would recommend a stay in this villa

From the moment we arrived for our second visit at this beautiful homely villa we knew we were going to have another wonderful holiday.
Great location, so close to all the parks, shops and restaurants. The view from the swimming pool looking across the lake into the woods are so peaceful,yet full of wildlife. All the parks are worth visiting although our favourite was Epcot.
Looking forward to a further holiday. -

After a long flight it was a Joy to arrive to such a lovely home and what a view, the Pool View of the lake is breathtaking and one never tired of looking at Sunrise/Sunset and the Wild Life.
The house was lovely and we enjoyed our stay,infact our time flew by and we sad to have to leave.
We had no problems and any question that did arise the answer was a free phone call away (i also had audra cell no;)so we would recomend this property and the Estate (which seemed to have a mixture of holiday makers and residents) so all good.
Excellent location for any 1ST Time Orlando visitors (beside the 192) . -

As this was our first trip to Orlando we looked at various gated communities.We came across Sunset Lakes,fell in love and knew we had to stay there!Having found the one!(villa)Making contact with audra & Charlie we were pleasantly surprised they lived only an hour away (after searching hundreds if not thousands of villas-it was meant to be!)Audra & Charlie were very friendly,helpful& prompt with supplying info to our many questions(it was our first trip!)We arrived and it was love at first sight!The villa is spacious&clean; with all working mod cons-home from home.A big bonus with the kids(and us too!) was the pool with its supply of inflatables & toys.The pool is not overlooked by neighbours- although we had none-privacy made with bushes.It is also plenty big enough for the villa size.We were also very impressed with how often the pool was mantained during our stay.
Sunset Lakes is very close to all parks and if you have time-retail therapy!just around the corner are the supermarkets(Publix&Target;) restaurants-Outback Steakhouse,Houlihans,Cracker Barrel &Sweet; Tomatoes-a few of our favs.With all this on your doorstep it's hard to believe that Sunset Lakes is so quiet and peaceful but it is!What better way to end an hectic day at a park than watch the sunset over the lake.

We had arranged the holiday at short notice. Audra was extremely helpful and efficient with all queries answered very promptly. The villa was in an excellent location and meant that all the main parks were very accessible. The villa was well equipped and the pool a bonus. The children really enjoyed going for a swim every evening after a busy day.

Five minutes from marker board 4/5 on192 10 minutes to animal kingdom so ideal base to explore. Lovely big rooms warm pool with an amazing sense of tranquility. clean working mod cons, we enjoyed our stay at the villa. one note is that the cleaning contractor is not up to scratch but thats not an issue for the villa its self or the owners. would recommend to large family or couples.24 hour gated community.

Wow, what can we say. This was our first time in Florida, and our children's first time out of the UK. We could not have asked for a better location/ villa/ area for our stay. The villa itself was very welcoming, spacious and clean, the layout was perfect for us, and the pool was a fun addition to our holiday.
The area was exceptionally quiet, but perfect for visiting all the Disney and Universal parks. Even the perfect beaches were just an hour away.
Overall, our holiday was everything we expected and more. An amazing mix of chilling by the pool, racing round the parks and enjoying all that Florida has to offer. -

Hi all
We stayed at this villa in Sunset Lakes in May 2010 and it was an excellent base for us to see all the places we wanted to go.
The villa was great value with an unbelieveable view over the lake at the rear. No one overlooked the pool area like some other villas we have been to. It is well set out with plenty of room for a large family or just friends.
From the villa we were only 10 minutes by car to Disney, Islands of adventure, International Drive, the Premier shops etc. Perfect for the busy days and perfect for the quiet ones around the pool.
We were only 50 miles away from Kennedy Space Centre which is a must see, and we even were lucky enough to see a Space Shuttle take off on the 14th May. Awesome!!
Anyway, all I can say is that we could not have had a better place to stay in and with beautiful weather it all made for a great holiday of a lifetime.

We were in Orlando for a friends wedding and only stayed here for a week but would certainly come back, it is a lovely home and the view over the lake is a nice one to wake up to. The area is a peaceful relaxing place to stay in and the disney resorts are only a short distance away.

This is a very well equiped villa situated in a quiet beautiful lakeside setting but within easy reach of an excellent choice of resturants, shops etc. Only a short drive to Disney World, Universal studios and Sea World. Great for all ages. The villa was well maintained and nicely decorated throughout with excellent facilities.

I was really impressed by the location of the villa, really only 5 mins in the car from disney. It was incredibly clean and tidy. Sunset lakes itself was great, very secure but with plenty of facilities on site if we needed a rest day.
When dealing with the owners we found them to be very friendly and helpful, and they added a lovely personal touch to our holiday.
The view from the pool was amazing and we had great times watching the various wildlife on the lake. We had the pool heated for our stay and it was perfect- I especially liked the alarmed patio doors, to warn us if the door to the pool had been unlocked.
Overall, fantastic- I will be hiring this villa again this October! -

We are an older couple & found the villa ideal as it's all on one level, with a walk in shower. The ensuite master bedroom was large with a walk in wardrobe, & looks out onto the pool & lake which is lovely to wake up to in the morning. The wildlife was a pleasure to see, & we hand fed a crane bird!! The neighbour-hood was friendly, yet peaceful, with total respect for others on the community. The cleanliness of sunset lakes itself, was immaculate. Many restuarants & supermarkets were close at hand. The pool was kept at an ideal temperature for the time of year & was kept clean & checked by the management Co. regularly.
The kitchen utilities were superb with every modern piece of equipment needed & a large fridge/freezer. We had an excellent time in this villa & would recommend it to anyone & can't wait until our next visit. -

we spent a two week holiday here in July and August and couldn't of hoped for a better location. The Villa is set in a small development of houses set around two lakes. It overlooks the lake with natural vegetation beyond. You feel your way out in the country yet the theme parks are so easy to access and restaurants and supermarkets are even closer. The villa has all the comforts of home including wifi. One morning we woke up to a green pool(a result of the many thunderstorms) this was sorted within a few hours and ready for use again. A car is essential if staying here, our sons were shocked at the taxi fare home one evening.

We stayed for two weeks at sunset lakes villa and was more than impressed.The villa is situated in a private quiet area.The Disney parks are approx 10-15 min drive, and the restaurants and supermarket are approx 5-10 min drive.
All rooms are very spacious especially the master room,which has its own large en suite bathroom.After a long busy day at the parks it was nice to reurn to the villa and relax by the pool.
There were 3 adults and 3 children in our party and we all thouroughly enjoyed our stay.We would highly recommend staying at the Wenner Family Villa in Sunset Lakes. -

wenner family very easy to deal with , always answered my calls and questions , the house is in a gr8 location , easy to find from the airport , lots of supermarkets near by , all atractions only a few minutes drive away , and close to the i4 motorway to get anywhere , the house itself is gr8 , plenty big enough for 6 people and for you all to have ther own space and a super pool and views of a lake behind , everything you need is provided and you feel very safe but private in the gated community .
will 100% be going again ! stayed in a few houses in florida , this is by far the best for the money -
