Our beautiful 4 bed 3 bath villa is just 5 mins,3 miles from Disneyworld in an excellent location with shops and restaurants just 1/2 mile away at Formose Square.it has its own private pooland spa with multi coloured fibre optic lights for added enjoyment of an evening swim.The pool area has an oversize deck with plenty of sun loungers and patio table and chairs under a covered lanai.There is of course a gas BBQ for guests use and a flowering hedge surrounds the property for privacy.

the villa is on a small peaceful development behind woodland yet just 1/2 mile from shops and restaurants with mini golf for children.Disney parks are within a 5 min drive and other Orlando attractions are 15-20 mins drive.

Wir waren vom 03.03. bis 09.03.13 für 6Nächte in dieser schönen Villa.Sauberkeit,Komfort und reibungslose abwicklung der Buchung. Hatten gleich zu anfang bisschen Pech mit der Pool Heizung, aber auch da wurde uns rasch mit einer Reparatur geholfen und auch eine Reduktion des Mitpreises wegen des ausfalls war ohne Probleme gemacht.Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältniss.Disney und Universal Studios sind sehr gut zu erreichen, Supermarkt ist nicht weit und auch sonstige Restaurants sind alle in der Nähe.Auto ist Vorraussetzung, zu Fuss oder mit Bus geht hier nichts, aber mit dem Radl kann man bisschen rumfahren und die Nachbarschaft erkunden, alles sehr friedlich.Top für Familien mit Kindern.

This is our second time staying at this villa and we have already booked again for 2014!!! This is home from home! it has everything you need and more the owners have really thought of everything! All parks and attractions are within easy reach, particularly close to the Disney area.
The villa is very comfortable and is very well kept and clean. The pool and jacuzi are excellent! and was very welcome at the end of a busy day in the parks! My children loved it here too and were very sad to leave!!!
The booking process is very easy and the communication to and from the owners and the management company is excellent. The directions from the airport are spot on
I would deff recommend this villa and have done so to many of my family & friends -

This villa has everthing you could wish for, luxury at it's best. It has a well equipped kitchen, 4 good sized bedrooms (master with on-suite facilities) plus a further 2 bathrooms.The villa is kept to a very high standard of maintenance and cleanliness.Added luxuries include free internet and telephone use.The pool and pool area are heaven after a day at the theme parks.
Villa situation could not be more ideal close to resturants,shops and as previously stated 5mins from Disneyworld. -

We spent 3 wonder- filled- Months at the Villa. As we love Disney, we could not have picked a better place. This was a cool winter so the heated pool hit the spot. All we needed to bring were the cloths on our backs. It is a quiet area that is perfect for kids no matter how old we might be.
