The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feelWithin the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.

Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

Weekly rates are all inclusive of Florida taxes.

For stays of less than 7 days there is a one time cleaning fee of $90.

Pool heat is extra and is $25 a day. This is including the taxes. Pool heat is normally not recommended/needed in the months June till October.

For dates where there is exactly a block of 7 days then bookings of less than 7 days may not be possible. Bookings in the middle of an availability block may also not be possible. We will try our best to make it work. Please email to verify.

  This home is a real gem. Luxury greeted us starting with the first glance of the freshly painted exterior, and beautiful fully remodeled interior. The home contains all new furniture, great tile, and a decor that beats the pictures shown. The home was pristine and we really enjoyed the heated pool and spectacular golf view. The location was a perfect distance from the Disney parks and we loved picking out oranges and fruit for our breakfast from the local farm grove. Yum! Can't beat those honeybells!! We loved the free internet and huge TV channel selections. Brunch at the clubhouse was so nice for a holiday treat.
