The main bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom two has a set of bunk beds, bedroom three has two twins, and a futon bed in the sun room for additional sleeping. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 3 A/C units located in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. In the living room and main bedroom there are TV's & DVD players. We rented the home for a month from April 1st through April 30. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location. Close to everything on the lower cape including numerous beaches. Try fishing at the end of River Road just minutes away. Grocery store within walking distance and shopping in town center nearby. I would recommend this rental for anyone from couples to families. Pet friendly a real plus, with no signs upon entering of canine occupants in the past.
