This home has 3 BRs, 1 Bath plus outdoor shower. 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 set of bunks. NO PETS ALLOWED. $1100/ week in season.$55 Vacation Rental Damage Fee, $60 Handling Fee (fees non-refundable).

Left on 09/24/2010 for a stay in July 2010
We loved the location. My husband and I walked to town every morning to pick up a cup of coffee and a muffin. We spent each day at Nauset Beach. In the evening we ate dinner at the house and then took a walk with the kids to the Chocolate Sparrow or The Christmas Tree Shop. We also enjoyed watching a baseball game or two down the street. The house was very clean and comfortable. This was our third visit to Orleans, and this was the best location by far. We are planning to stay at the same house again next year. We can't wait.

We loved the space and the location! Wonderful Cape Cod home with all the
anementies.
We had two small children under age of 4 and we could have used a bigger
yard and less of a sloping back yard. Only from a safety perspective. We didn't
realize from the pictures that there was not a large backyard.
The big Rock out front was a favorite for chipmunks and children that pretend
to be "chippies"!
The location close to the park made up for that.
