This home has 3 Bedrooms (1 King & 4 Twins) and 2 baths. NO PETS ALLOWED. $1000 per week in season. $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage Fee (VRD), $60 Handling Fee, (fees non-refundable). Rental in great location, quiet neighborhood with nice deck. House was spacious and airy. Great washer and dryer. This house has a lot of potential. What I liked least is linens (bedspreads) were stained. Carpet was a soiled. With a little TLC (repaired screens, carpet cleaning) and some attention to detail this rental would be perfect. Also had major spider infestations.

We love the house, location and for many years it was perfect and reasonably priced for our three week stay.
Two years ago it came infested with wood roaches during our stay, and although they are "harmless and clean", it is still gross! Both years we have been assured that the problem will be addressed, but it has not helped. On the lookout for another place.
