A charming Cape ranch located close to town and the East Orleans Village. This home offers a lovely private setting, nice country furnishings, a lower level family room and all the amenities. Ideal vacation home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and just a short drive to either the ocean or the bay beaches in Orleans! Recently renovated bathrooms and Central A/C in the main part of the house, whole house water filtration system, and an outdoor shower. Left on 10/22/2009 for a stay in August 2009
The home was very clean and inviting. Nice furnishings. We really enjoyed ourselves.The only negative I have is the basement was very musty and damp and the outside shower could use a little work.
The Rental Company helped us find the home to our likings. We asked several times about renting in Sept for a long weekend and the rental company never got back to us. I spoke several times to them. A call back would have been appreciated.
