We have rented this house for the past two years. It works really well for us. Our son and his family come along and they stay on the lower level and my husband,older grand-daughter and myself stay upstairs. Plenty of room for all of us. The yard is good for little ones and being able to work down the hill to the beach is great. The only suggestion that I would have is some sort of a rope railing be installed to the beach. The hill is very steep and hard to navigate with bags and babies in hand. We also could have used several more outside chairs to enjoy the great veiw of the bay. I know that we will looking to rent the home again next year.

We stayed here in June with our extended family. The house was very nice, quite rustic, and we enjoyed our stay. It's a good house to rent - not much worry about things to break or ruin - and had a nice, big yard. The walk down to the beach was short but a bit tricky, especially when wet. The view from the backyard was wonderful, and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly.
