Large cape (5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms/2700+ ft2) cape cod house has a huge private lawn area. House is walking distance to the beach at Rock Harbor (1/2 mile), Rock Harbor (1/2 mile), and Orleans town center (3/4 mile). The beach at Rock Harbor is the most beautiful beach, with pink sand and warm water. The beach at Rock Harbor has free parking unlike the public beaches that charge $15 per day. Walk to the harbor and watch the fishing boats come in. Walk to beach and Orleans town center. Very close to bike path too. Three bikes and four tennis rackets are included.
