Delightful cottage situated on 1.5 acres of land offering privacy and quiet right on Pilgrim Lake in Orleans. This newly renovated and furnished cottage will be ready for your summer vacation. This is a great place for a family vacation in a very quiet setting and yet close to all that Orleans has to offer. *NOTE: Additional fees for this rental are a $75 Processing fee and a $55 Security Assurance fee*

We were enormously happy with this rental. The location is ideal, centrally located at mid-Cape, on the edge of a beautiful lake, protected by trees so that other places are not visible, with birds and other local creatures ever-present, graced with a charming dirt road ingress that reminds of Europe, a clean and sufficiently appointed house and an owner who cares (he made a special visit to give us heat when the weather turned cold for a few days at night). We will return.
