This home was the perfect vacation home for our family. It had all the amenities to provide a comfortable stay at the Cape. It was wonderfully clean, neat, warm and welcoming. The location provides many opportunities for hiking, beaches and antiquing. We really enjoy the sunsets at Rock Harbor so this house is a perfect location for us.

The house itself was nice. The owners however, had not finished cleaning and hovered during our first day. I'm not sure if they were uncertain about renting to a family with children or had a bad experience in the past, but I felt a bit put off after a long drive to the cape to play 20 questions with them and wait for laundered items they had to come in and return to the house.
