I love to stay at this condo as it is just a great place to sit and watch the ocean and also get a view of the road. It is so much fun to stay there since it is very convenient to everything the Daytona area has to offer, without the hub bub of being downtown! It is a lovely place and Estelle is always very happy to help us when we need it. Once I stayed there and my car wouldn't start, and I called Estelle and she got a neighbor to help me. I feel very safe as the atmosphere is a family place. The air conditioning works wonderful, which is a plus in Florida summers!

We stayed at 505 Sunrise Rentals. The opporturnity to stay here was awesome. It is a place of beauty and opportunity to escape day-to-day routines and just bask in the sun and let the beautiful waves trickle over your feet as you walk the beach and admire the beauty and tranquil time with nature. The beaches are quiet and not over-crowded. Offers sun-bathing, shore fishing or swimming. If swimming in the sea, isn't your cup of tea, then you can enjoy the beautiful pool and lounge around the pool. It is like home away from home, cook in, or eat out at multiple restaurants within a few miles either direction. Cable tv and vcr/dvd available. Completely furnished, all you need to bring is your clothes, food and beverage etc. If you aren't much for the walking on the beach or exposed to the sun, then just enjoy the beauty of it all right from the deck or through the sliding glass windows in the air conditioned comfort of the living room. Can't ask for better than that. Go ahead, book it today, you will be glad you did.

You want peace and quite? You want uninterupted rest? You want the beauty of the beach without the hassle of the "hords". Then this is the place for you. Our family has stayed at one of Estelle's "havens" for several years now. These places are all of the above plus clean, safe and just close enough to the best resturants in the area!!! Neeed a quite place to read a book? It's here. Need a quite walk on the beach - it's here!!! That is why our family comes back year after year!! Thanks to Estelle, this place is truly a home away from home!!!

Orlando, FLQuiet Stretch of Beach for Families or Couples

We've stayed about 4 times over the years. It has everything you need nearby, but it's not a tourist-packed beach experience. Walks on the beach actually can be solitary in the early morning. I love to nap on the couch with the balcony door open and listen to the surf. We've utilized the pool which is well kept and we especially like the easy-access underground parking for both security and keeping the vehicle out of the salt. The unit parking spot is convenient for loading in and out with available carts and close proximity to the elevator. One couldn't ask for nicer folks to rent from either. Everything is always ready for our arrival and in order just waiting for a serene stay to ensue.
