Our spacious condominium home is a light, airy first floor end unit offering north and east unobstructed views of the ocean. The access stairs to the quiet uncrowded no-drive beach are just a few steps across A1A from the unit located in Seabridge North Condominiums at 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd in Ormond-by-the-Sea.

We personally manage our home and are continually upgrading and adding to the condo for your comfort and enjoyment. We recognize the importance of your vacation time and strive to give you great value and friendly prompt replies and service. We offer the perfect place for a relaxing vacation, home base for interesting day tri...ps or a longer stay to avoid the frigid north! Our condo is located in a residential area and offers miles of sidewalks along A1A both north and south for 'cardio' or leisure walks along the ocean if you don't feel like walking on the beach itself.

The LIVING ROOM features a 27 inch TV with cable and remote, DVD, comfortable sleeper sofa, and recliner. A sliding glass door opens to the wrap around balcony which offers seating to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and ocean view, and if you're lucky....whales and dolphins as well as the kite boarders.

The MASTER BEDROOM offers two ocean views, a comfortable queen bed, ample storage, closet, TV and en suite bath with large shower.

The SECOND COZY BEDROOM offers two twin beds, TV , ample storage and walk-in closet. The second Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both Bedrooms and Bathrooms feature quality linens.

'Well stocked' describes the KITCHEN with over the range microwave. Cooking, baking, and serving pans and utensils are supplied as well as coffee maker, blender, mixer, slow cooker George Foreman grill and toaster. Everything you need to cook a little or a lot, your choice. The dining table accommodates four to six. Feel like eating out, try nearby restaurants such as Lagerheads Grill which is a pleasant 2 block walk away or drive a short distance to Betty's A1A or Alfie's.

Sorry, pets, boats and trailers are not allowed per association rules, and we have a no smoking policy in the home.

Additional Location Information

You will be conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and only about 20 minutes from the hustle of exciting Daytona Beach, the Speedway, museums and more. We are located in the 'Golden Triangle'' as you can travel about one hour west to Orlando, or north will put you in St. Augustine, go south and you will enjoy Kennedy Space Center.
You may prefer to just 'stay home' to enjoy the ocean view from the balcony or living room and may be rewarded by the sighting of dolphin, whales and colorful kite boarders.

  We stayed at this condo on the following dates; 4/1/12-4/30/12 and 10/31/12 -11-13/12. The condo is very well equipped, furnished and organized. There is even a crock-pot, which we used several times.
  We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they are wonderful people as well as caring and responsive owners.
  I highly recommend them and this condo!

  There's no place like home

  My son, daughter law with their then 9 month old and I stayed at your condo in July 2010 and loved every minute of it. Our 9 month old started to walk here. The condo was so clean and welcoming and right in the middle of the area's we wanted to see and visit family too. Our second time at your condo was in 2011 this time with two little ones. After driving 16 hours from Connecticut to Florida we walked in the door and said wow does it feel good to be home. With the beach across the street and the pool to relax in we just felt so welcomed.
  
  I spoke to both Judy and Jark and they were both so nice and working with us on the days we could be there because of work schedule's for three people. We just all loved our stay in your condo
