This is a nice ranch in average condition. It is in a older, traditional neighborhood. It is very clean. It is convenient to the beach and access to major roadways. The beds were comfortable and of good quality. It was the little touches that made this property. The supplies (bath tissue , shampoo, towels, sheets, trash bags, cups, plates, utensils) were above average quality. In the garage are bikes, boogies boards, a fishing pole. Pretty much anything you'd want to do. The washer and dryer were also nice. It has a large screen TV and a wireless internet connection.
