Completely remodeled charming beach house, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Ormond-by-the Sea just 300 yards from the beach.Off street parking two patio areas with a fully fenced private backyard,with outside shower. Ideal location for families, couples and those wanting to have access to all the attractions but stay in a 'less hectic' environment. Our beach has facilites and a Lifeguard on duty some of the time. Local dining is within walking distance and shops are close by. Ideally located for visits to Daytona Beach 11 miles, St. Augustine 44 miles, Orlando theme parks 73 miles, Kennedy Space Center 81 miles.

Our family had a wonderful time spending July 2012 at this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home which is down the block from the beach. The hosts were very accommodating and the house was extremely clean, The owners allowed us to bring our dog and he enjoyed the fenced in yard that surrounds the house. The house was very cozy and made us feel like we were at a home away from home. There is plenty of shopping in the immediate area including restaurants and grocery stores . If you happen to enjoy the tourist areas in Daytona Beach you are only about 5 to 10 minutes away and of course about an hour and fifteen minutes from all the Orlando attractions. One of my favorite things about this house is that it is on a quiet residential street but close to many attractions. It is our intention to return again in the future.

Just left Lynne's beautiful home on Sunday. The house has everything one needs to feel at home. Lynne was a joy to meet. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. We will gladly go back every year. In our book Lynn and her house deserve five stars.

This is a very nice house to stay in. It is roomy, clean, comfortable, and affordable. We would definitely stay here again, when we are in the area.
It is a short walk to the beach (quiet), and on a quiet street.
Very easy to feel at home in Lynne's house (great job). -

This was our first 2 week stay in Florida for March. The location to the beach was great - within walking distance. The house was roomy, very clean, quiet area with very comfortable beds. We hated to leave when our time was up. We would definitely book again and totally enjoyed our first march break in Florida. This was the first of many visits.

On arrival met by the owner who was so friendly and very accommodating. The house was comfortable and close to the ocean and any amenities that we needed. Would recommend the home for your vacation stay!

We've been renting in the Daytona/Ormond area for about 7 years now and have never had a better experience than we did with Lynn. The house was comfortable, the backyard was sweet, the location was great, the neighbors were friendly but most of all Lynn was the best. From her reasonable price to fair approach to everything she was great! We will be back!
