Welcome to Pelican Place, our lovingly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 car garage beach bungalow in Ormond By The Sea. Just 200 steps from a wonderful Atlantic Ocean no-drive beach. Or walk the other way to a fishing dock on the river at the end of the street. Everything is furnished for a relaxing vacation in a quiet neighborhood setting. And if you want more excitement, Daytona Beach is only 8 miles south on A1A. Destination Daytona and the Harley Davidson complex is just 6 miles away. St. Augustine is just 45 minutes north on A1A. And Orlando is just one hour away!

Refunds are processed 3 to 10 days after departure.

We had such a wonderful time, at the "Pelican Place", it is sooo clean, everything you would need for a memorable vacation, Linda and Rick, were so very helpful with any questions, and tended quickly to any of our needs, this is a place you will want to stay at. Bikes, BBQ, beach chairs/umbrella, you name it and they already thought about it,we hope to visit again in the future!!

we lwere lucky to get Pelican Place for jan. and feb. this year and i mean lucky this place was great , our hosts Linda and Rick go above and beyond to make this place a home and make you feel welcome, we were at home here. it is very well equiped . clean , and in a very good neighbourhood. the back yard patio became our escape place even on windy days we sat out there to read/relax etc. the furnishings are comfy . the bikes are an added bonus. can't wait to return next winter

We just got back from a 9 day stay at " Pelican Place Beach House". It was a wonderful and restful vacation. Linda, Rick and Mary have thought of everything. There was nothing you might need for your stay, that wasn't there. The house is beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. The best part is the beach. It is a 3 minute walk from the house and very private. It is a no drive beach which makes it very safe. They had beach chairs, boogie boards, sand mats, fishing poles and even 2 bikes for you to use. The garage was a bonus to get the car out of the hot sun and made it easy to unload groceries. You could walk to a small store in 5 minutes and a Publix grocery store was a 5 minute drive. We are already making plans for a longer vacation next summer. Thank You Linda, Rick and Mary for opening up your vacation home and making us feel so welcome.

Pelican Place was our home away from home. Only a block from the beach and a 5-10 minute drive to the nearest dog beach, it fit everyone's needs in our family. When we weren't enjoying the beach, we enjoyed the serene home with family lunches and dinners around the family dining table. The backyard was perfect for a cookout with the grill and comfy lawn furniture. It was enjoyable to ride the bikes around the neighborhoods and nearby parks. We would definitely stay here again. With its affordable price and beautiful presentation, we felt at home. In knowing this, we recommend Pelican Place to everyone! Thank you Linda and Rick for everything.

This was our first time to stay in Ormond Beach (Ormond-by the-sea).We found it a very lovely place . We loved the check-in services. Pelican Place was very comfortable and spacious with all the amenties of home. . Just pack your clothes and show up. Wonderful! We found it to be clean and neat. Patio in the back had a perfect ocean breeze to relax on. A few blocks away we were able to catch the sunrise on the ocean , easy access to the Beach and very Peacefull. walking distance to soak up some sun and rest a little .For a quiet closer to our day, just a few blocks away was a public dock to sit and watch the sunset, also if you like to do a little fishing you could do so.Checkout was as easy as arriving. We found the local Restaurants to be just the perfect, ocean side dining. From The High Tides to Tuscan Italian to Martin's Steak House very nice, just 45 minutes to St.Augustine. We will be looking forward to returning again. Thanks Linda!

This house was just perfect!It is super clean and nicely decorated. The garage was a bonus for us. It was in a nice neighborhood and the location was just perfect for our needs.
