We invite you to come and enjoy our spacious and beautiful home on your next vacation. Take advantage of our MARINA ( at no extra charge!), large front and back lawn and large dock where you can hop into your boat or jet ski and zoom for a ride. Our guests love to go swimming off the dock, sun bath or simply fishing on the dock while sipping ice cold drinks.
We also offer a large deck where you can have your barbeque while enjoying the calm water or watching ospreys go fishing. You will experience the same water view while you are in the living room, dining room or in the kitchen.

The La Marina Vacation House Rental is located in a very beautiful and peaceful town of Oroville, WA. If you like to have a real vacation away from busy traffic and crowded place, then this is the right place for you. The Vacation House has its own marina which is about 20ft away from the front deck and moorage is free of charge. Wrapped around dock offers a lot of fun things to do such as, sun bathing, fishing, swimming, moorage, picninc and more. Our guests usually brings their boats, kayaks, canoes, floats, jet skis, and water sports when they stay with us. The Vacation House is conveniently close to the parks, restaurants, groceries, lake, waterfront and yet still offers our guests beautiful, quiet mornings and retire in a relaxing evenings.

- Damage Protection - $500 / stay - Security Deposit - Security Deposit is refundable after departure, cleaning and inspection/inventory
- Pet Fee/Night - $20 / day - Fee - No puppies please.

Must receive $500 usd security deposit to confirm reservation. In case of cancellation, 60 days from arrival, $350 USD of security deposit is non-refundable. 45 days from arrival, entire security deposit is non-refundable.
Security deposit is refundable after departure, cleaning and inspection/inventory.

we had a wonderful time at the La Marina. As we arrived to the house, a big sign greeted us personally. this was just a sign of how helpful and friendly Jerry and Jojie (and family) were.The house is beautiful and the location is fantastic. Our kids had a great time relaxing, jumping to the water for a swim, and ride on the boat. Jerry gave us tips of where to go and what to see. We also visited the tourist information at the museum and got great ideas for activities. Thanks for such a wonderful vacation
