Seventh Heaven is a splendid country house standing within 10 acres of grounds, perfectly positioned in the hearth of Italy, mid-way Rome and Arezzo, on the border of 3 regions Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. Orvieto is just 20 minutes by car, closest Village is 3 km away, accessible also by bike. This location allows guests to visit Central Italy's most interesting cultural treasures and beauty spots with easy access to all of Umbria, the fascinating Tuscia region of North Lazio, and of course, South Tuscany. At Seventh Heaven guests can enjoy absolute relaxation and peace shipping local wines around the pool, or enjoying a range of superb dishe...s, prepared by the local cook. The villa is surrounded by 10 acres of very old fruits trees and a large variety of plants, naturally perfumed with a rich variety of herbs including rosemary lavender and yellow ginsters. The swimming pool, just 100 m from the villa (4*11 m and 1,20 depth ) is secure for small children (step to enter: 44 cm height and 27 widths). Last but not least, the outside veranda is just the place for al fresco dining and unforgettable evening barbecues. This fantastic farmhouse, a previous tower, has been recently restored with a unique touch and has been converted into a comfortable Villa in respect of the local architecture. Inside the furnishings is refined but natural with a great care of detail. Painted walls, ceiled roof, cotto floor, fire places in the living and sleeping rooms, lovely decoration, all details mixed together with a unique touch create an extremely cosy and charming atmosphere. A beautiful large professional kitchen ideal for cooking classes or simply to cook together. Maid service available upon request.

The property consists in a large villa and a romantic small cottage, beside the pool, just 80 mt from the main villa. The main villa is on 2 floors. Ground floor: entrance / hall ? ample cosy living room with fire place ? spacious dining room with long table - professional fully equipped kitchen; on ground floor with indepedent entrance there is a single bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower . One of our favourite hill towns is Orvieto with its beautiful mosaic fronted cathedral, cobbled streets, good restaurants and lively market, making it a popular choice for day trips with guests staying in our nearby villas. The hill town of Todi with its attractive historical centre, stunning piazza and breathtaking views draw weekend visitors from Rome and it is a good spot for an evening stroll and ice cream. For those staying near the Lazio border, a day trip to Rome is a must. Home of the Vatican, the first stop for most visitors is the wealth of artistic treasures in its museums. There is too much to take in on one day but the Roman Forum and Colosseum are an easy walk from the central shopping streets, as well as the pretty cobbled streets of the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and Piazza Navona.
