COZY CONDO at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks! Privately owned 1 bedroom lake front condos (two available). Nestled at the end of State Route KK in Osage Beach and the 23mm by water.
Or upper unit recently received a facelift, new carpet and counter tops! Ready now for your weekend get away. OUr lower unit is available also. These condos are nicely equipped for an enjoyable stay. Had a perfect weekend in the Condo. The location is ideal -- quiet area yet close to Osage Beach and all it has to offer. Maureen was very helpful for local dining suggestions. Condo was well equipped and very clean. Bed was really comfortable. Hope to visit again in the fall.

Had an amazing stay at the Cozy Condo. Everything was perfect and very homelike. The deck has a fantastic view of the lake. We stayed in the upstairs unit, and will definately return for another stay. Highly recommend staying here. Owners take great care in the details to assure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My husband and I were attending a conference at Tan-Tar-A this January, but we wanted to be able to get away from the resort every evening. Rick and Maureen's condo was exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. We are positive we will return next year!

My husband and I stayed at Cozy Condo for 3 nights this past Summer. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo was super clean and exactly what we needed for our last mini vacation before our first child was born. Maureen was so helpful and very kind. We can't wait to come back and stay at Cozy Condo again!! =)

My wife and I have stayed at this condo many times and really love it. We enjoy the calm and relaxing environment and the lcation is convenient if we do venture out. We are planning our next gettaway soon.
