We have two, 3 Bedroom/Loft, 2 Bath condos available for you to rent at the Ledges complex.! Both units are tastefully decorated and can sleep up to 12 people. One is located in Building #3(No Stairs to enter unit) and the other in Building #8.

Our Osage Ledges condos are very tastefully decorated and are located in the Ledges complex which is at mile marker 20, right in the heart of Osage Beach!

These spacious Ledges units abound with all the modern conveniences of home! Fully equipped kitchen with bar stools that provide seating at the counter. Washer and... dryer for drying all those wet towels from a long day on Lake of the Ozarks.

The dining area extends into the living room where there is a sofa, chairs, TV/DVD/CD player and fireplace to enjoy on those cool fall evenings. The living room opens out to a deck that overlooks the magnificent Lake of the Ozarks! The deck is equipped with seating and a gas BBQ grill.

A covered 10X24 boat slip is available for $20/nt.

Welcome to this 3 Bedroom/Loft, 2 Bath Ledges unit located in building #8 sleeps up to 12 people. This unit is decorated in a casual beach theme down to the shells furnished by the Florida's Marco Island! It abounds with all new furnishings and appliances; in addition to new carpet and paint throughout. You are steps from the point main channel swimming pool.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, leather chairs, TV/DVD player. The patio has a gas grill and patio furniture for watching the magnificent sunset on a summer evening!

The master bedroom on the lower level boasts an incredible view of the cove and main channel. This room is complete with a queen bed and adjoining master bath with double sinks and a tub and shower. The second bedroom on lower level is complete with a queen bed and full bath nearby. Up a flight of stairs, the loft has two full size beds and a separate bedroom that has two queen beds, TV/DVD.

The Ledges Complex sports two swimming pools, one as you first enter the Ledges complex and the second one is located directly on the point with an awesome view of Lake of the Ozarks. If you are more of a beach goer you will find a sandy beach where you can relax and enjoy the sun!

In addition to all of the fun activities the lake has to offer, there are a number of other options to fill your day ... Spend the day at the nearby water park, Shop "until you drop" at the nearby outlet mall, Enjoy a day of golf at one of the 15 area courses , Catch a movie on a rainy day or Take a tour of Bridal Cave.

  We were meeting friends for the weekend from St. Louis. We wanted a comfortable home atmosphere where we could talk, have food, and wine in front of the fireplace. The grocery store had everything I wanted & more. I fixed pecan crusted fish for dinner. The kitchen as well as the rest of the condo had everything I needed to fix a great meal and just relax. My only complaint was the weekend went too fast. We like to travel in winter fewer people--great fun at the outlet for shopping and visited 2 wineries. Very easy to rent, no problems, we had fun, and plan to get together again.

  The condo was very nice and comfortable. Had basically everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us. Boat docks were nice and we appreciated being able to use it. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful.
  
  Pool overlooking lake was cold, so we didn't spend much time in it.
  
  The only thing I really disliked about the specific unit would be the spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms. I understand it's to provide more living space, but I really didn't think it was the safest means to access the upstairs area.

  Wonderful place to stay! Very clean and lots of room. Pictures are very accurate. Well stocked with supplies and utensils. We enjoyed cooking meals and sitting on the deck watching the beautiful sunsets while we ate dinner!
  Location close to beach, park, and stores!
  We had such a great time and would definitely return to stay in the future!

  Condo was very clean and well maintained. Awesome view of lake. Beautiful sunsets!! Location is very convenient to many areas: shopping, variety of food/beverage establishments, state parks, lake access, dam, etc. Not recommended for elderly or handicapped since it is on 3rd floor and requires walking up several flights of steps. Good exercise though for capable persons. :)
