Description

Features: Our vacation lake home is newly remodeled in its entirety, including an all new concrete dock with an open 12'x28' slip for your boat/jet ski storage during your vacation. All furniture, beds, mattresses, kitchen appliances, dishes, towels, bed linens, etc. are all new and of high quality. Our home features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, free wi-fi access, cable and internet tv, and an open 12'x28' covered boat slip for your use, free of charge. The water is approximately 20' to 25’ deep on our dock, and we are centrally located in the beautiful, NO WAKE Woods Hollow Cove near 22.5 mile marker. You and your guests can enjoy the Lake with no wakes in a protected, deep water cove. Not only are the views incredible, but the swimming and dock side lounging is awesome as well. Our home is also five to ten minutes away from all major attractions, restaurants, malls and shops in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Lake of the Ozarks is notorious for its hard water. Our home’s water is conditioned through a whole home water treatment and softner system. Drinking water at the sink is provided and goes through a reverse osmosis system to remove any contaminants (no need for bottled water). Our home features new zoned central air conditioning & heating, on-site washer and dryer, and a quick 10 steps off the deck and you are on the dock,

Bedding: Our home has two (2) queen beds, two (2) full beds (on a bunk bed system) and two (2) twin beds (also on a bunk bed system), and comfortably sleeps either two couples and their four-six children, or alternatively three couples with two-four children. A pack and play is on-site for an infant. A few blowup mattresses and additional bedding are also on-site if needed. However, if you have more than 10 staying in your party, you likely need more square footage and should look elsewhere for accommodations. Alternatively, you can rent our place and also get secondary accommodations for a few others at the bed and breakfast Inn at Harbour Ridge at the top of the hill above us. It's a minute drive from our place and they can be reached at: (phone number hidden). There are also several off water hotels located on KK Hwy. just a mere five minutes from us, if you need another room or two.

Entertainment: Flat panel TV’s with expanded cable, Netflix & Pandora are available in all guest rooms, as well as on the Lake side deck and on the dock as well. Some toddler toys and a play pool are also available for your use. Finally, there is plenty of seating and sun loungers on-site, as well as a propane BBQ grill for your outdoor cooking needs. All furnishings are newer and were selected to fit the décor of the home. We ask that you merely treat them as you would your own.

Miscellaneous: There are two outdoor entertainment areas (deck and dock), a nice outdoor serving area right off the kitchen, two new refrigerators, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms as well as the kitchen and living room all have beautiful views of the Lake. Nice level parking is available for up to 4 cars directly in front of our home. Pull up, drop the luggage and you are ready to play.

No smoking inside please. No parties. No load music after 11 pm as courtesy to others. No pets as well.

2020 Update: Your prospective host takes Coronavirus (COVID-19) exposure serious. Please note our home is professionally cleaned between guest stays. We will be taking extra precautions in 2020, including wiping down all common place touch areas with proper disinfectants. Also, we take a hands on approach to hosting. We do not just hand you the keys and go our way. Our reviews from prior guests document this. We provide a "kick-off" email to all our upcoming guests sometime in May. It has lots of details and questions asked. Then, a day or two prior to your stay, we begin more direct communication with you via text messaging. Finally, we are available to answer any questions, by way of text or phone call, during the length of your stay.
