Description

This is a beautiful, two-bedroom condo overlooking a sandy stretch of Lake Huron. You have a full view of Lake Huron and its sandy beaches from the living room and the kitchen/dining room. You can watch the sun rise above Lake Huron while sipping your coffee or tea from the kitchen table. The private deck in the front has a table and chairs for you to enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake.

The cottage comes fully furnished with linens, towels, pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils, and other kitchen supplies. Each bedroom has a closet and full dresser available for you to unpack and make yourself comfortable. Beds are wrapped with bedbug covers and are on anti-bedbug stilts, and are inspected frequently, so rest easy!

Wireless internet, a 30' LCD HD TV (offering nearly 80 channels) and complimentary NetFlix streaming means you can also enjoy rainy days or a getaway during the cooler months!

With 1 queen side bed, one full size bed, one queen size sofa sleeper, and one single size sofa sleeper, this room can technically fit up to 7 people. Due to the single bathroom, however, we recommend limiting this to the equivalent of 4 adults; but the many sleeping locations offers great flexibility for children!

The property also offers the use of 3 additionally shared decks, fire pits, charcoal grills, a playground, volleyball net, basketball hoop, and convenient access to a party store (Pete's) within walking distance.

Surfside is located close to many outdoor activities; Tubing/kayaking/canoeing on the Au Sable, hiking in the Huron National Forest, taking a riverboat cruise on the Au Sable, or just taking a long walk on the beach.

Have a large family, requiring the use of multiple cottages? We can work with you to arrange rentals from other units within the Surfside complex to help accommodate large family gatherings!

-Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed on the property, due to the HOA rules we have in the complex. Sorry for any inconvenience!
