Located on a bluff overlooking Lake Ossipee, this contemporary home provides views of the lake and the Ossipee range. Our bright and airy, four-bedroom, three-bath home is spacious and comfortable. The house has an open concept living/dining area with open-beamed, cathedral-style ceiling in the living room.
Relax while sitting on Adirondack chairs on our large L-shaped deck overlooking the lake and mountains. The deck includes a screened-in porch area with table and chairs for outdoor meals. The four bedroom, three-bath home sleeps eight.

Our home is located in The Bluffs, a private community with about 75 homes. The sandy beach is private to the community and has a boat launch. We are 1 mile north of the Indian Mound Golf Course (public, 18 holes); 1 mile south of a driving range with miniature golf; and we are minutes away from boat rental locations on the lake, antique shops, horseback riding, and restaurants. We are 30 minutes south of Conway and 25 minutes east of Wolfeboro. Our home is on a 1/2 acre with plenty of parking, a boat launch at the beach, and a place for a trailer in the driveway. Our canoe and kayak are located on a rack at the beach.
