Close to Village and Beaches. Main house with 3 bedrooms, 1 1/12 baths. Cottage on on fully fenced property with LR, BR, K, and bath w/shower stall. Enclosed outside shower. Main house with central a.c.; separate window a.c. units in cottage. Screened porch in main house. Bedroom in cottage now has double bed instead of 2 twins.
