Cottage in Otivar, Costa Tropical Spain. If you are looking for a different style of holiday renting, this is the house. Perfectly located to explore the historical Granada city, the house gets a private pool. With Only countryside and marvellous see views, the house is only 5mn from the village. You reach the property by a small country side road who accepts all kind of cars. The Granada marvellous city and the ski slopes is only 59km and Malaga airport one hour distance. The electrical heating gives the possibility to rent the house all the year.

The property is 16000 square meter and the guests are invited to visited.
Large quantity of semi tropical trees give the possibility to the guest to test in any season one of our productions.
Private swimming pool length 7 meters wide 4 meters. From may to September the swimming pool is prepared for use. The water minimum temperature is around 19º thanks to the s. p, sunny orientation. Outdoor furniture and barbecue available.
The umbrellas and outdoor table and chairs offer the possibility to have the best lunch and dinner in the terrace all the year.

Skiing
Sierra Nevada ski resorts at 45 min.
During the winter it is possible to go ski-ing in the morning and enjoy the coast in the afternoon, on the beach or on the solarium of the cottage.

Two airports: Granada and Malaga. One hour distance by car. Car rental facilities available at the airport. The car is essential.
Granada airport is 60 kilometres, and much of the road being motorway.
Malaga airport is 80 kilometres, mostly motorway. Almeria is 100 kilometres and takes 2 and a half hours on a coastal road and only partial motorway

2 séjours à Otivar chez Serge et Maria : il y en aura d'autres, le plus possibles. tout est là pour se rapprocher de la nature, de ses trésors, découvrir des paradis terrestres. la location est de grande qualité, mais ce n'est qu'un détail à côté de l'accueil . S&M; sont des hôtes qui veulent que chacun trouve ce qu'il cherche dans son séjour,savent accompagner les attentes de leurs convives: ils accueillent comme des rois mais ca va bien au delà.On se crée , grâce à eux , un morceau de vie aux terres du sud qui reste présent tout au long de l'année... lieu paradisiaques, fruits,fleurs,senteurs,goûts, chaleur,spectacle de la nature, rencontres, ... voilà ce qu'évoquent les terres du sud pour nous .A découvrir , mais je vous préviens :vous aures du mal à ne pas y retourner !

Although the weather wasn't like one would expect it, our stay was very pleasant. The house is perfectly equipped and cosy. The quiet environment and the exceptional view over the valley is certainly a good reason to come back. Add to that the kindness and disponibility of Serge and Maria, and our journey could't have been better. With our little car, we visited places where we wouldn't have come without our hosts recommendations.
