ENJOY THE STUNNING ITALIAN LANDSCAPE – a wonderful central location to explore the very best of Umbria, Lazio e Tuscany.

This organic olive farm is situated on a hilltop with outstanding views of the Umbrian landscape. Just a few minutes from medieval town Otricoli (with all necessary amenities, banking and restaurants) and 12 minutes from famous Narni with wonderful Italian ice-cream!

Self-catering accommodation is available - we have 3 guest apartments (with all necessary amenities) with spectacular views, terrace or spacious balcony and 4 guest rooms. We have generous open spaces, a covered outdoor kitchen, seats and tables a...nd beautiful views from the terraces where you can sit and enjoy a drink or meal at the beginning, middle or end of the day.

This is a quiet space to relax and enjoy the pace of Italian life. Onsite amenities include TV/Stereo and musical instruments in the group room and a sauna. There is a natural spring in the woods and a little lake. Roman excavations are within walking distance.

Day trips are possible to Rome, Viterbo, Lake Bolsena, Vico, Orvieto, Spoleto, Assisi, Marmore Waterfalls and Monti Sibillini. We are less than 90 minutes drive from the Rome airports, just 10km from the motorway and 12km from the regular train to Rome (ideal of day-trips).

Individual or special classes in voice training, counselling, massage, sculpture, visual training, cooking and learning Italian are available by request for an additional cost. Full board can be available for groups wanting any of the above. Guesthouse in the countryside with beautiful view in all 4 directions towards the Tber valley and various mountains in distance. 3km from the next little medieval town with living tradition and celebrations. Relaxing and cultural vacations. Also excursions (guided tours available) to natural sites or to typical locations. (Rome, Assisi, Perugia, Viterbo ...). Public transportation is available, but cars are preferable.

  Truly amazing Place

  We had our first trip to Italy 3 weeks ago to stay at Paradiso Integrale and it was simply stunning. The scenery from the terraces or on the hilltop are amazing and I've taken hundreds of pictures of the sunrise, sunset and mist rising. This organic olive farm really is the place to leave your life and worries behind and just absorb yourself in deep relaxation and the beauty of Italy. It is the ideal location to explore the Italian countryside and famous places such as Narni (fantastic ice-cream!), Assisi, Orvieto, Marmore Falls etc. We also had a day trip on the train to Rome. Our apartment had everything we needed - we regularly cooked our meals (delicious fresh fruit and veg from Terni market) and ate on one of the terraces. There were some good restaurants nearby for compulsory pizza. Adelheid's warmth and hospitality really made our trip. She made some excellent suggestions about where to visit and was always on hand to help or chat. We can't thank her enough and look forward to our next visit.
