Enjoy this cute beach cottage with bright and airy feeling in it, located closer to the South Jetty, near the Beachcomber Bar. This is located at least 8 homes from the sand. 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. Gated backyard. Pet Friendly. Wireless Internet & Cable. No garage, only driveway parking. Washer and Dryer is available. Weekly rent during the winter time $900, and Summer weeks are $1300. Monthly rent during the winter time is $1900 per month and a flat rate of utiltites, all rentals over 30 days or more, credit application required. $25 per person over 25 years old. While cottage was clean, many things were in disrepair. For instance, furnace went out and I spent four very chilly nights trying to get it repaired. (It was reported but I made trips to property manager three days in a row before I got any action.) Many things reported to property manager were never fixed during my 2-month stay.

Love staying on Silverstrand Beach. The beach is clean and groomed. All the locals residents are extremely nice. Kristina our property manager is awesome and exceeded our expectations. Will come back with my family and use only Kristina for my families vacation needs.

because of the great beach location, TL CARED FOR COTTAGE STEPS FROM THE SAND! We loved this place. Mgt co was very friendly, worked hard, and did the little things to make our stay perfect. Neighbors were even friendly, and fun. Great community for a family stay, or quiet beach retreat - THANK YOU !

It was everything we wanted. A very comfortable home just a few houses down from the sand. We absolutely loved the area and our children especially enjoyed having a backyard. We hope to return very soon, thanks!
