The house is clean and well maintained. The lay out is a little funny. The largest bedroom seems to be a garage that was converted into a room and you enter it through one of the other bedrooms. We really liked the location directly on the beach which was wide and empty most of the time. The kitchen and living room were small but adequate for our extended family group. Although I would not call it luxurious this house was great for the price if you really want to be on the beach in Oxnard.
