Location, location location! This beautiful beach house is located on the gorgeous Hollywood Beach in Oxnard, California. The house is inboard (across the street) from the sand and has a view of the beach from the second and third floor front balconies. There is also a tremendous view of the harbor from the third floor back balcony. The house is location in the Hollywood Beach Harbor community and there is only one access road to the area. This is a wonderful house to rent. 8 of us women rented this for 3 days over the weekend. It was perfect. Just steps from the beach. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice and comfortable bedrooms. The marina and restaurants are just around the corner. It had everything we needed for comfort and quiet. We would definitely come back.

This was an amazing rental home for our vacation, the location is just a few steps from the beach, which was beautiful and not at all crowded. It is also close to many nice restaurants, and shopping if you want to cook in the large kitchen. The house is very clean, bright and with stunning views of the beach. The downstairs area is almost its own selfcontained house, with a small kitchen, living area, bedroom and full bathroom. We hope to stay here again soon!
