Awesome oceanfront home located in Silverstrand Beach, home is 3 stories of living space, 1st floor- 2 twin beds in the hotel like apartment/ lockout, with ocean views, 2nd floor has 2 living areas; oceanfront and street side, kitchen and dining area, street side living area has 2 pull out couches. 3rd floor has master bedroom with a king; located oceanfront with fireplace, street side 3rd floor has 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom, sitting/ den area with pull out couch. Home has TV's, DVD players, Internet. Sleeps; 12 people. This home only rent for the summer months only. Memorial to Labor Day.

Love, love, loved this home. We all had our own spaces with a large common area in which to come together. It was a bit of a stretch to reach the water with the beach being very wide, but each day the jaunt became easier and it was very good exercise. The views were fantastic. The sun was wonderful. I lived in my bathing suit and pajamas! Perfect for relaxing by the sea!

The home and location were better than we expected! The pictures don’t do it justice. The three separate floor plans with appropriate sleeping areas accommodated a large family’s needs very nicely. We loved working with Kristina @ Remax. She was very professional, responsive, and made us feel at ease. This was very important to us since it was the first time we ever rented a home online! A few minor Notes: the mattresses are in need of replacement. We did a bit more extra cleaning, e.g., kitchen, fridge, barbecue, garage, entryway. The TAR from the beach was more than we were prepared to deal with on a daily basis. The TAR is more of a beach maintenance issue. That said, our family vacation was very memorable and we hope to spend another wonderful stay at 409 O!

This beach house was in perfect condition and was the perfect fit for our family of 12. Its close proximity to the beach made it safe for families to not worry about crossing busy streets, etc. We would definately rent here again in the future. We had a wonderful time.
