We just stayed (a group of four couples) in this large and amazing home located in the Dawn Beach area of the island. We went directly through the owners (labrise-stmaarten.com) and got a great deal and were treated very well. The home offers a full time concierge and she is very nice to have, she went shopping for us, stocked our groceries, arranged spa appts, and was overall very helpful.
The home is a large estate and was in great condition. The location of this home is very nice. We rent every year and can recommend this with absolute confidence. It offers four large and private en-suites.
