The main level offers spacious living and dining areas which are furnished in imported Teak and Mahogany. Adjoining the living area is a cozy family area with air conditioning, flat screen television, DVD player, stereo system with CD player, sofa bed, desk area offering convenience to use the wireless or DSL internet connection. The kitchen includes granite counter tops and is fully equipped with modern deluxe stainless steel appliances. Th...e main level of the villa also offers a full bathroom with shower facilities.

Large glass doors open onto an outdoor veranda area on the main level where you may enjoy the wonderful views and gentle trade winds. This level offers an outdoor covered gallery with ceiling fans, comfortable sitting areas plus outdoor dining area for up to 10 persons. From the main level veranda area, you can go down to the lower level to access the large private swimming pool area.

The lower level of the villa offers three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed, television, internet access, mini fridge, safe and direct access to the pool area. The second & third bedrooms offer a king bed, internet access, mini-fridge, safe and direct access to the pool area. You also have air conditioning and a ceiling fan in every bedroom for maximum comfort.

In addition, there is a laundry room with washer/dryer, iron & ironing board located on the lower level.The villa has a large private infinity pool and is a wonderful area for relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views. The gazebo area by the pool offers a large bar area with a fridge, sink and gas BBQ grill. Comfortable lounge chairs allow guests to sun bathe and soak in the pool. In addition, there is an outdoor ½ bathroom for use while by the pool.

  First time using flipkey--3rd time to St.Martin! We loved this Villa! The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, pool, all very clean and in excellent condition. The views from the villa are stellar! The housegirl, Ivory was great. And it's safe!! We are hoping to go back at the 1st part of 2014! Cheers!

  This villa is very well maintained, well furnished comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need and a great gas grill connected to the swim up bar at the pool. Daily maid service who was also very helpful with activity tips. View is incredible from this villa and the infinity pool is terrific. Location is right on the Dutch side but only minutes from the French side. Close to several great beaches. Highly recommend this villa

  Fabulous vacation at Villa Victoria

  We spent and amazing week at this villa and it really was stunning. It has amazing views and the villa is beautiful and well appointed. The pool area is very private and angled for a perfect amount of sun. It is right on the border of the French and Dutch sides so we were able to explore both easily. It is close to a variety of restaurants to fit your mood or we hit the market a few times and cooked in the villa or grilled by the pool.
  Because it is so high up the ride up and down could get a little hectic but my husband drove so it was fine. I would have been too nervous mostly because we had a small child with us.
  Probably the best vacation I have ever been on.
