The Dolphin is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath sunny home with an ocean view from the living room. This home is located just 3 homes from sandy Pacific Beach.

This is the front unit closest to the common area patio in a 4 unit complex. The entire building was remodeled in the summer of 2007 and tastefully furnished with all new furniture, beds, appliances, linens, dishes, gas BBQs, patio furniture, etc.

** If you are traveling with another family or larger group, please consider renting 2 or more of the units in this 4 unit complex. All units are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and can sleep up to 5 people in each unit. If you rent all 4 units together y...our family of 20 will have individual space and privacy, but be right there on the same property and able to enjoy quality family time together.

The Dolphin is the front end condo with windows on three sides, to the West, South and East, making it very light and spacious. It even has an ocean view from the living room! The living room offers a leather couch and love seat, flat screen television with full cable channels and DVD player. The wireless Internet and digital phone line insures that you can keep in touch with work and family and look up what to do and where to go in San Diego if you bring a laptop with you.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with granite countertops, maple cabinets, travertine flooring, dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, juicer, etc.

The bathroom is a full bath with tub and shower, granite counter tops, beautiful maple cabinets, and travertine flooring. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed, full closet, dresser, bedside lamps, alarm clocks, ceiling fans and flat screen television with full cable channels. All linens, including sheets, blankets, bed spreads, bath towels, beach towels, etc.

Upon request and for a small delivery fee, we can provide a single size futon mat for a 5th guest.

All of our rentals are spotlessly clean, well maintained and we have tried to provide everything you will need for a fun and comfortable vacation at the beach. You will not have to fight for parking at the beach as a private garage is provided for each unit (SUVs or oversize vehicles may not fit) with new garage doors and automatic garage door openers.

There is also a free shared laundry room and a large shared patio area with gas BBQ, tables with umbrellas and chairs and lounge chairs. We also provide adult size beach cruiser bicycles, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler so you can enjoy the area the way we locals do. For families with small children, we provide a high chair and pak-n-play crib. Upon request we can also provide additional baby items such as a full size crib, jogging stroller, bed rails, noise monitor, etc.

In addition, we offer full concierge services. You can order discounted attraction tickets, food and dairy products to be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. We can set dinner reservations or tee times for you, and we can help you with planning any other activity or special request you may have.Room DescriptionBedroom 1 has 1 Queen

  Fabulous rental - everything we needed, right on the beach!

  We rented this unit for two weeks in March with our three children, ages 1, 3, and 5. We could not be happier - this unit was perfect for us! The location was unbelievable; in a nice, quiet neighborhood, steps away from any amenities you can think of and a bike ride away from Sea World. It's also literally 3 houses from the beach - it doesn't get any better! The laundry facilities were handy, and when we plugged the garbage disposal one evening, a plumber was there the next morning to clear it out for us. We loved every minute of our holiday and can't wait to go back again!
