We've chosen Daydream Cottage twice, once for a weekend then for a week. The place is very accommodating for our family. We like to cook, and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving. There is nice seating by the grill right outside the kitchen door. So we had to use a match to light the grill. The weather is no friend to a grill, but the sun was great in that seating area and we enjoyed the families building a fire while the kids played on the grass in the central park of the neighborhood. Next time we'll do that, with s'mores. The sunny porch facing the trees is a great place to sit for morning coffee, lunch, cocktails, in between our meanderings to the beach and excursion to Lake Quinault. The beds were very nice. Lot of places to put our stuff. Kids calmed down and even found a hideout under the porch. Then they got excited. They called it their pirate's lair. We loved this vacation rental! Only wish we could go more often.
