Would you like to take a break at the beach?! If so, this adorable Park House at Seabrook is great for you. From the covered front porch, you will be looking directly upon the South Alder Park. The park is less than a minute walk away from the Elk Creek Beach Promenade this is truly a great location! The park offers a Bocce Ball Court, and the home has a bocce ball set as well as a croquet ball set. There is a community fireplace with wood provided, and outdoor furniture.
