Across the street from Seabrook's new 60' indoor swimming pool and just a short walk to the beach, Cottage by the Pool is centrally located. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. On the first floor old growth fur floors create a homey feeling in the casual and open living room, dining and kitchen area. The living room has an authentic wood burning fireplace, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Off the adjoining dining room is a full glass door opening to a new deck with built-in benches and a view of Crescent Park.
