The Pines at Seabrook enjoys the best that Seabrook has to offer. Centrally located in the newest Seabrook neighborhood, you will be near the new indoor pool,... Crescent Park, Blue Sea Spa, Mill 109 Pub, Colours Pottery Studio, Bike Rentals, Salty Dog Boutique, and Lil’s Gourmet Pantry. And best of all, Madison Lane is just a short walk to the beach.

From the moment you drive up to The Pines at Seabrook, you will notice that perfect blend of style and comfort. We designed The Pines at Seabrook to be a luxurious and comfortable escape. On the first floor, you will find a well-appointed kitchen, dining nook, & center island, a great place for prepping a delicious meal or drinks for friends. Of course, you can always grill out on the full-sized outdoor gas grill. The entertaining can easily spill out to the front porch where you’ll enjoy a great view of the lush, tree-filled green space. In the living room, you will lose yourself as you sink into a deep, luxurious sectional sofa while enjoying a fire (just flip the switch), and relaxing to your favorite tune on the Bose iPod sound deck. And when the playlist ends, there is plenty of TV with premium cable channels and DVDs to enjoy. Or just surf the web with the wireless high-speed internet.

As you make your way upstairs at the end of a great day, you’ll find a master bedroom with a plush, pillow top queen bed with a perfect view of the forest out front. The second bedroom is all set for the kids as they settle into the twin bunk bed, or stay busy playing with the provided toys and games. Of course, for the wee-little one, there is a portable crib. While there is a half bath on the first floor, there is a full bath on the second floor for those delightful bubble baths.

  We stayed in "the pines" unit. The house itself was great, high quality furnishing throughout and a really nice place to live in. Kitchen was totally stocked with all equipment and dishes, we didn't have to bring anything other than the food. Nice back porch overlooking a small wooded area. Close to the town center and easy walk to beach and indoor pool.
  
  The bad part was, when we booked online, there was no indication that this was in a active construction zone! When looking at the property map on their website, it does indicate that the town center is under construction, but we though we would be far enough away from that to not notice. But this whole block that this house is located on is full of new houses being build. Backhoes, bobcat skidloaders, leafblowers, and construction noise was present all day on Thurs and Friday. On the weekend it was less, and was not bad. But we didn't know this going in. I reread the website to make sure I didn't miss it. It took me three times looking at the page before I noticed the note at the very bottom of the page, it mentioned that it is near an active construction site.
  
  Again, it says the property is "near" an active construction zone. We took that to mean the town center that is noted as under construction on the property map. The house is actually "in" an active construction zone. We thought this was deceptive so we called the front office to see if there were any other units available (there weren't) so we went in the next morning and spoke to the manager. She was very apologetic and offered a discount and said the website should be explicit and in red bold font saying the unit is in a construction zone and they would get that fixed. So if you book a cottage here, be sure to call an verify if it is near or in a construction zone (I would say 75% of the community is away from construction and well established).
  
  Construction noise aside, the house was great and the seabrook community is a really fun place to take a family. The beds in this unit were really hard, that is really the only complaint about the house itself. They do charge a $50 cleaning fee, and a $40 processing fee, so that was an unknown expense until you get to the booking page, so be sure to factor that in.
