THE FRONT COTTAGE:

The Front C...ottage is a great 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, with a Queen bed in the 1st Bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd, and a convertable Queen sofa ( sleeps 6 ). Our Cottage provides Ocean and Sunset views from your Front Porch, with its Al Fresco Dining area.

THE BACK COTTAGE :

The Back Cottage is 2 Bedrooms & 2 Baths, with a King bed in the 1st Bedroom, and 2 Queen beds in the second ( sleeps up to 6 people ). The Back Cottage has a Fireplace, Dish Washer, Secluded tropical Patio with Outdoor Fireplace, deck, and outdoor dining, with an outdoor Shower area, and Garage Parking, and Laundry room.

FAMILY VACATION COMPOUND :

* Our two Cottages, though each separate, and private, can also be be combined as a Family Vacation Compound with 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths, offering accommodation for up to 12 guests. Discounts apply when renting the two homes together.

Stroll to the beach, or relax on the grassy bluff, overlooking the beach at Palisades Park (Law Street Beach). Take our Beach Cruisers and ride down the Boardwalk to Crystal Pier, the historic roller coaster at Belmont Amusement Park... or just grab a drink and take in the ocean breeze while hanging out on your patio; watching the sun go down over the Pacific... you can't loose !

Our Beach Getaway is newly furnished, and offers serene and cozy charm. Located in a quaint North PB neighborhood bordering the curving coastline of La Jolla - gemmed with art, gifts and other shopping destinations. Whether it's a relaxing get-away or adventurous activities - Papa's little gems promise to be happy destinations.

We are located at the Southern border of La Jolla, in a unique North Pacific Beach neighborhood, next to the water, at Law Street Beach. It's a great Family Beach. Our Beach features a grassy park, with showers, restrooms, overlooking the beach with lifeguard services, ...Swimming, Boogie Boarding, and Surfing. Our Pacific Beach/Mission Beach Boardwalk begin at the park, and heads South for 3 miles through all the Beach Community. We're located close to all the beach has to offer, the Beach, Boardwalk , Restaurants and Shopping, yet quietly removed from the hubs of activity for a nice night's sleep.

* We supply the Bikes, Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and even Boogie Boards, so that you can enjoy the neighborhood the way we do.

* Amenities include HDTVs with Digital Cable,and DVD. CD Stereo with ipod dock, as well as WIRELESS INTERNET. We provide propane barbecue grills, dining tables for outdoor dining and relaxing.

* The Kitchen is fully stocked with Pots, and Pans, dishes, and all youwill need for cooking. The Kitchen has wonderfully restored Cottage Tiles, Stove /Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, and a sunny Breakfast table. We provide an indoor Dining area for 6 at the Front Porch, and direct access to the Patio deck, with BBQ.

* The Front Cottage sleeps up to six, with a Luxury King Bed in the 1st Bedroom, and two additional Luxury Double beds in the Second Bedroom. Both Bedrooms have Pottery Barn Linens, Cable TV, as well as Ceiling fans. There is also a Convertable Queen Sofa in the living room.

* The Bathroom has wonderfully restored, original Cottage Tiles, with a full Bath tub, and shower.

* Parking is "On Street"

* Cleaning Fee - 2 Bedroom /1 Bath, Front Cottage $99, 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath, Back Cottage $125 ( Monthly rate includes Monthly cleaning, and fee. )
* Dog Friendly - $!0/nt. Pet Fee/ per pup (two dogs under 20 pounds would be $10.00 per night).
* $350 Reservation Deposit to be placed on your Credit card to Reserve dates. ( Reservation Deposit will be applied towards your Rental Balance when due) .

  Loved the location and manager very friendly and flexible. Place is really cute and exactly how it looks on line. The kitchen and bathroom are old but quaint. A real cottage feel. Very clean and well maintained. Decorated very cute. Well priced for location. Restaurants and beach very easy walk. Quiet location but close enough to be able to walk most places. We stayed for a month and my son and his wife and two children joined us for a week. We were a bit tight for space but really managed well as there was plenty of comfortable sleeping for the four of them and my husband and I. The little ones were great on back deck as it is enclosed and they could be outdoors. All in all a great experience.
