Want to get away from Bali’s tourist hordes of Kuta, Seminyak, & even Ubud? Then come to BALI MIMBA VILLA, 2 brand new units in rural paradise, just next to Padangbai, Bali's charming and still "undeveloped" fishing village on the pristine East Coast.

We have 2 Balinese-style modern units on the same rural property -- with air con & hot water -- that sit beside a traditional "Bale" (a Hindu-Bali pagoda for relaxation), next to a 6 meter private pool, right in the middle of a rural banana & coconut field, 5 minutes from Padangbai's famous "White Sand Beach" (actually in Mimba Village). Perfect for quiet relaxation, intimacy, & "chill...in'" on Bali's natural & still-pristine East Coast. (1-2 hours from Denpasar's airport). We are also within short walking distance of a completely "naked" and sprawling "black sand beach", entirely unpopulated by humans!

The WHITE HOUSE is an independent unit right next to the GREEN HOUSE, also available for rent at the same price. Both units have their own bathroom & kitchen. The WHITE HOUSE faces the pool and has one has a double bed (for couples), which is brand new and comfy. The GREEN HOUSE is identcal except that it has 2 twin beds.

IF OUR CALENDAR IS FULL, IT PROBABLY MEANS THAT JUST THE "WHITE HOUSE" IS BOOKED, SO PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT THE "GREEN HOUSE". BOTH UNITS ARE ON THE SAME PROPERTY AND COST THE SAME TO RENT.

The main living-bedroom of each unit is air conditioned, and there is a separate bathroom (w/ a hot water shower) and a kitchen that has a new frig and cookware to prepare meals at the villa.

Our super manager/concierge, Made (MaDay'), is available 24/7, along with a full-time staff person for all your needs. Staff is available to hire for cleaning, cooking, food shopping, babysitting, massage, scuba diving, and aything else one’s heart desires.

Both overnight & long term stays are available. Long term rentals are particularly suitable for retirees and pensioners.

PRICING IS PER UNIT. THERE 2 SEPARATE UNITS, the "White House" and the "Green House". If a guest books both units, we offer a 20% DISCOUNT.

"Bali Mimba Villa" (containing both units) is situated in green & rural Mimba Village, outside of Padangbai, Bali’s small east coast fishing village & main ferry hub for points east in Indonesia. As such, there is no major “development”, like in the Kuta-Seminyak “strip”, near the airport, loaded with t-shirt shops, pollution, & wall to wall traffic. In fact that's what's so perfectly grounding & restorative about the natural setting at Bali Mimba Villa.

Yes, there are good restaurants catering to tourists in Padangbai, great diving, beautiful beaches, and lots to see and do amongst the Balinese locals, with their almost daily Hindu-Bali ceremonies to which you will be more than welcome. But come to our Bali Mimba Villa to relax, re-charge your batteries, and be with friends & family.

Our main man, Made (Ma-Day), can pick you up at the Denpasar international airport, check you in personally at the villa, and be your "family" away from home. He can also be your personal tour guide to Balinese life and culture: everything from traditional wedding ceremonies, to Barong ballets & "kecak" monkey chants, to local night markets, to scuba diving & snorkeling, to multi-day trips eco-adventuring to Ubud, Amed, Lovina, and all the other magical places around the island.

We are removed from the main road so you can either rent a motorbike to get around locally ($5/day), rent a small car, or hire a driver at a daily rate or for as much time as you'd like. Buses and ferries do run frequently to Padangbai.

Our new and "away from it all', "Bali Mimba Villa" is located in Mimba Village which is beachfront adjacent to Padangbai, Bali's still undeveloped East Coast fishing village, from where ferries depart to Indoneisa's easterly islands. The town and village are steeped in daily Hindu-Bali culture, with functional and toursit-friendly ceremonies being part of the every day fabric of local life. Our Villa is set back from the main road all by itself in the middle of a coconut and banana field. A great artist/writer RETREAT. Yet it is only a 5 minute walk from a naked and sprawling 'black sand beach" and a 10 minute walk to Padangbai's famous "white sand beach". Good restuarant and tourist services are located in town nearby. Guests will need a small car or motor bike to conveniently come and go from the property to Padangbai town. The Villa is gated and has a large private parking space for vehicles.

The Villa will be clean upon your arrival. The daily cleaning fee is $5/day. If you don't want the place cleaned every day, just let Made know.
Made can arrange for staff to shop for you, cook, drive, massage, babysit, anything you want or need. Just ask. We want happy guests!

Even if our Calendar looks booked, please inquire. One of our 2 units may very well be available.

During "Regular" Season (not Summer or Winter High Seasons), we charge $60 for Friday & Saturday nights
During "High Season" (early June - mid September and Mid December - early January), we carge $70 for Friday & Saturday nights.

CANCELATION POLICY
1- For a full refund, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing's local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time.
2- If the guest cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but the remaining nights will be 50% refunded.
3- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.

  Just came back from a Bali trip. Did stay in this villa for a week with my girlfriend and had a grat time there! Its hidden place in bannana field, easy to walk to beach / village and near port city Padangbai.
