This unit in popular Aspenwood II Condos features a "lock-off" king bedroom and bath suite for privacy just off the hall to the main living area of the condo. The charming kitchen and dining area lead to a beautiful living area with rock fireplace and mountain views off the spacious back patio. The queen Murphy bed and queen sofa in the living area bring the sleeping capacity to six. The unit also has a washer/dryer.

The condo had everything I needed, including a nice balcony. There was a musty smell--the place may need a good airing out. The furnishings were a bit sparse. Sunetha was wonderful to deal with, as usual.

We love this condo because of the view and location. It would be nice if it had better sheets and better furniture in the living room. It could also use more dishes. We enjoy the people who work at Sunetha very much, they are competent, helpful and friendly

The service was great, and very helpful. The condo was well kept, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location allowing us views of the mountains, and golf course,and close to shopping made for a great vacation. Since we are both handicapped with bad knees, the stairs up to the porch was our only complaint.

My wife, grandson and I stayed at this location and were very impressed. If ever in this area again we would definetly try to stay there. Wireless internet would improve the stay to 5 stars.
