This place is truly remarkable. The owners have gone above and beyond what is expected. This isn't just a typical time share or condo for rent. You are visiting the owner's Colorado paradise. Each room is decorated to the nines. We have stayed here twice now and already booked for a 3rd time. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. A big thank you to the owners for sharing their Colorado home with us!

This condo is very nice and comfortable. This was a spring break trip for our family of five and we all had plenty of room and privacy. This location within walking distance (less than 1/2 mile) of several well-known eateries, grocery store, and gas station. The price is a little on the high side considering that this location is not prime or as desirable as those rentals closer to the San Juan Mountain base. View from the property is simply other condos (mostly older and some in need of repair) with limited view of the mountains off in the distance. I would stay here again and might reccommend as limited option; however. For the price paid, I will definitely shop for more scenic and memorable location in the future.

We are older renters, and this condo suited us just fine...nicely appointed, well located, and the amenities were more than adequate. We had a light (important one) go out and it was replaced quickly. Our main complaint was a very loud talking neighbor, but after my husband spoke to him, he held it down. We have rented from Sunetha several times and this was our favorite of all the rentals. Thanks for excellent service. Our only complaint...the driveway...goodness, the HOa should address this. It is disgraceful!

Service was excellent and friendly. The home was outstandingly beautiful. The furniture and decor was truly Colorado wonderful. A new washer and dryer arrived while we were there...great pair! The only thing that would have made it better would have been in the mountains! A lot of thought went into the condo amenities. Having to leave early because of the snow was the bad thing. It was comfortable and quiet!! Close enough to visit Durango and Silverton as well as Lake City..even made a day trip to Pikes Peak..long but beautiful drive!!

My family of 4 loved this condo. Even though it only had 2 'real' bedrooms, having 3 full bathrooms was nice! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

This place was by far the best "home" we have ever stayed in. We felt as though the owners just opened their home up to us. Each room and bathroom was decorated to the nines. It was fabulous! Great washer and dryer. Good views. Very Mountain"y" experience. I would recommend this to any vacationer. We did not want to leave. Vey convenient location to the City Market and to restaurants.
