Pinion Lake is nearby...so is just about every activity, to this comfortable Pines condo that sleeps eight. The three bedrooms and two baths feature one king, one queen, a set of twins and a queen sofa. The nicely furnished living room is accented by the charming fireplace. This is a great home away from home with a complete kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and there is a washer/dryer.

Sunetha Properties was a great company to work with. Reservations, check-in, and check-out are efficient and easy. The Pines Condos are located within walking distance to the grocery store, a coffee shop, and several restaurants. We are thinking of returning next summer. If we do, we will definitely go through Sunetha Properties.

i love pagosa springs the mountain is very good, the only thing that cause us a little problem wass the departmanent we rent this year on ppine4039, the first nigth we didnt sleep at all we have a very hard smell of gas all over, we have to sleep with the open windows, but soonest we told them they fix it the nexst morning , well thas all thanks
