Pagosa Springs Duplex Retreat-Just a quick walk to the world famous Hot Springs, River, restaurants and downtown happenings. Upper and lower units - rent one or both for large groups - These units are passive solar (warm and cozy) with many windows. Upper unit is the larger of the two and sleeps up to 8. Lower unit sleeps up to 6.
Lower Unit - $85-125/night - Weekly rental rate reductions
Upper Unit - $100 - $150/night

Downstairs unit is very nice with all amenities needed. Nicely furnished - loved the recliners after a day on the mountain. Gas fireplace is not only nice looking but adequately heated the entire unit. Great location central to everything. My only dissappointment is upstairs unit is not very sound proof. We heard every footstep from upstairs. We were thankful they weren't partiers and went to bed early like we did. I would rent here again but would request upper unit. Wifi slow but not an issue for us.

This cabin was a perfect place for 6 people to stay for a full week comfortably. All the ammenities were as promised and is centrally located in town. For the price, you can't beat it!

Great space, well appointed units. Very comfortable. Walking distance (a few blocks) to the downtown area and springs. We rented both upstairs and downstairs units The only drawback is that you can't get from one to the other without going outside. Steps were icy and then a tromp through the snow. But the units themselves are spacious and very cosy. Passive solar, toasty warm. Property manager very attentive. Texted day of to see if we needed anything, then also when she knew we had checked in. Great service. Will stay there next time we are in Pagosa!

Our one night stay was great.
The 6 of us get together every year to catch up & have fun.
The upper unit was a perfect fit & was so comfortable, that we
spent most of the time at the house - cooking dinner, having drinks on the deck, & then adventured to the hot springs.
After the hot springs, we came home & all slept comfortably.
Pagosa Springs is a beautiful place.
If we ski Wolf Creek this year, we hope this place is available to stay. -

The ease of checking in could not have been easier. This condo is beautiful, clean, and updated. After a day of jeeping, it was so refreshing and comfortable to come "home" to. All you need to bring is your food. Besides the condo itself, The price for this was outstanding.

My family stayed in the lower unit for one night while we were in town for a wrestling tournament. The location is wonderful and the condo is extremely clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the neighbors we had in the upstairs unit were pretty loud at night and in the morning, which was disruptive to my family while we were trying to sleep. Otherwise, for the money, we were much happier that we stayed her rather than in a regular hotel.

This place is perfect for big groups and smaller groups. We toke 14 people and rented the top and bottom. Both places where clean and well stocked with dishes sheets and towels. We used the top place to do all the cooking because it was a little more open and had a little more counter space, it was well stocked with cooking utensils and everything was up to date. Both places stayed warm at night considering that it was in the single digest at night and never got above freezing. All the beds and couches where comfortable.

We actually stayed in in the upstairs unit in Feb 2010 & will definitely be back. It is close to Wolf Creek Ski area & the Hot Springs. The atomsphere is very cozy & the view is awesome. Loved sitting on the deck just watching the snow fall. Very relaxing...Loved it!!!

My college age son and I spend 4 days in Pagosa springs in august. We stayed on the upper unit of this duplex. It was clean, cozy and fully equipped. My son even commented that it had such a relaxing atmosphere and was just what he needed. Mark was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and other activities which was great as this was our first time there. Highly recommend this property!

It was a great place to stay. It was like a duplex but instead of being side by side, it was divided by top and bottom. We stayed in the top part, and found it to be very comfortable for six people - 4 adults, a teenager, and an 8 year old. We never actually met Lori but she was great over the phone and several emails!

Very clean, nice kitchen - we stayed in the lower unit. Not a great neighborhood and no views on the lower unit. For our visit my only suggestion is if you are going in the summer - it is hot - no a/c. If you are used to a/c this will be a problem, if you are not then it will be fine. I also would do some landscaping. sitting on the front porch - your view is the garbage container.

This condo is beautiful (the internet pictures do not do it justice) and has all the amenities of home complete with directions on where to find things and how to use them. The beds were comfortable, the location quiet. It is within walking distance to downtown and the Pagosa Springs Resort. Lori is amazing, always available to help with any questions or concerns you may have. She could give lessons in best practices of customer service!!

We had a group of four (two couples) that rented the bottom level of the condo for a few days in Feb 2011. We found the condo to be equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the bedrooms were cozy with lots of closet space. The photos of the bottom level don't do it justice with regard to spaciousness; the kitchen is quite large once you actually see it, as is the living area and both patios.
We had a nice stay overall, and would love to book another vacation to Pagosa Springs soon, maybe renting the top level next time for something new. Oh, the owners are very kind and helpful, they even accommodated our budget so that we could book with them! Great experience! -

Our group of 13 traveled to Pagosa for a ski trip and needed a place that could accommodate a group of our size. We stayed the first night in the upper level because the bottom level was booked and then moved into both units on the second night. The upper level really didn't feel too cramped but once we moved into both units it was more than enough room for our group. Every detail was thought of there was a variety of coffee, dishwasher tablets, and enough towels and blankets for 13 people.
The owner was amazing and one of the nicest people I've ever worked with. When we arrived there was a hand written note with things we should know about the house as well as dining menus with owner recommendations which was a nice touch but only one of the nice touches. One of the members of our group proposed as soon as we arrived at the house and the owner worked with him over the phone to have rose petals leading from the front door into a sign that said will you marry me? We could not have asked for a better place or owner. Our next trip to Pagosa Springs will be based our this house's availability as it was an amazing house at an amazing price. -

The condo is spacious and comfortable, easy to find and very close to everything in Pagosa. Took us about 30 mins each morning to get up to Wolf Creek and it was very close to all the grocery stores, bars, restaurants and the spa. Came with clean sheets and fresh towels, and everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast for 4 people (well, not the food but all the pans/utensils etc.) Cable TV was a plus on cold evenings and the board games were a nice touch. Definitely recommend and will probably stay here again!

We will definately rent this duplex again. Very clean, cosy, well furnished and they think of everything - linens, towels, kitchen has everything you need, childrens games - even dishwasher tablets! We stayed over Thanksgiving - it was 11F outside but we were lovely and cosy inside. Great location for hot springs, Wolf Creek Pass and the cross-country ski trails.

We are so glad we decided to rent this duplex. I first have to say that the owners are so friendly and accomodating. Their duplex was perfect for my family. The pics do not give this charming home justice. It was so much better in person. The kitchen was a nice size with everything we needed. The bathrooms were great and were thoroughly stocked with towels. The bedrooms were lovely, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The living room had a lot of sitting space, with a couch and 2 recliners (very comfortable). plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Tv, Cable, and DVD player available. I spent a week in the duplex with my mom, husband, and 2 children (10 and 1 1/2 yrs): plenty of space. Besides the comfort and cleanliness of the house, you can't ask for a better location. The house is a few streets away from the grocery store, a few blocks away from downtown (tons of cute shops, a small movie theatre, yummy home-made ice-cream and baked goods, and I have to mention "Pagosa Gym" if you want to exercise and meet a very friendly owner), and the famous Pagosa Hot Springs. Every where you drive, you can see the beautiful, flowing river which is breathtaking. Tons of activities to do nearby, such as hiking, which is magnificent since you have amazing views of waterfalls. The people of the town are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. This is definitely a town I would visit again. To the owners, we sincerely thank you so much.
