We had a recent family reunion and the R&R; House served as our ground zero! Large deck for entertaining and backyard for the kids to run around. Nice open kitchen/living room with the all the amenities. We were able to sleep 6 + plenty of room for sleeping bags and crib. Highly recommend this property for families or multiple couples looking to stay in Pagosa Springs together. As a mom, I especially appreciated the large washer & dryer/mud room!
