SPACIOUS 3 BEDROOM, 2.5 BATH SOUTHWESTERN STYLE HOME. THIS HOME HAS A GAS FIREPLACE IN THE LIVING ROOM AS WELL AS A TV WITH DISH NETWORK AND DVD PLAYER. THERE IS ALSO A HOT TUB OUTSIDE ON THE BACK PATIO. KING IN THE MASTER BEDROOM, QUEEN IN THE 2ND BEDROOM, 2 TWINS IN THE THIRD BEDROOM AND A QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER.

We spent the whole month of august in this house last year to escape the heat in Texas. We have returned this august. This house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac 'up the hill' from the one Highway in Pagosa. It is very quiet and we see numerous birds and several deer each day. It has easy access to the stores in town and the wilderness area that surrounds Pagosa. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs which gives you a large area downstairs to dine, relax, enjoy. There is a bathroom downstairs between the kitchen, laundry, and 2 car garage. It has all wood floors and 2 decks, one with a hot tub. Our favorite time here was sitting on the back deck feeding the birds. The owner has this house well stocked so you only need to bring your clothes and food.
