Well, this was our second time at the cabin and our stay was perfect.
It's such a great location for skiers and hikers. Easy to navigate and a joy to pull up and find the place exactly as we left it two years prior. Great food and shopping within walking distance and its just a quick drive into the main part of downtown where the Springs are located. We can't wait to come back to this winter wonderland. The folks at Sunetha are top notch and very welcoming.

Key retrieval was easy. Home was clean. Great view. Easy to get to everything. Garage! Comfortable place to enjoy winter out the giant front windows.

The cabin was nice but only had one tv for six people. The upstairs shower was very small but worked. The bedrooms were a nice size and the view was amazing. Looking at the mountains morning & evening was beautiful. Overall it is a cute little log cabin.

This home has a wonderful location, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. home is spacious and comfortable. Very well stocked. It might be time for some new mattresses though...Sunetha Management was very responsive to our needs. We will rent there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is roomy and well stocked. Close to town. In a nice neighborhood. Loved the deck and 180 degree views from the large windows. All beds were comfortable. We did not use the rec center but that was a nice option. Hope to stay here again when we return to Pagosa. Might be nice to have a couple of bicycles for summer visito use.

We had a wonderful time at the "Kickback Cabin"! We skiied almost every day...the weather was great...hubby even skiied in shorts ! Thank you, Mary & Ron, for the use of your house...we will definately be back!

We've stayed at this property two years in a row. It is close to town and ~30 minutes to Wolf Creek. The house was clean and had plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen had all amenities we needed. WiFi was provided. Very nice to be able to park the car in a garage. I believe Sunetha Properties even gave us discounted lift tickets. Great place and great price. We would have stayed this year as well, but we dragged our feet and it was rented by the time we got around to contacting the owner :-(

This house rental was perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 1 infant and the house was set up with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed the deck with views of the mountains. The town of Pagosa Springs is a delightful small town with nice shopping and restaurants. We made a day trip to Mesa Verde and Durango but otherwise spent our days nearby fishing and hiking.

We were two families of 3, each with a teenage boy. The cabin provided plenty of room for the six of us. The back deck is awesome. We could sit out in the morning and watch hot air balloons in the area. The dining table was large enough for all of us to eat together and also for our evening game time. The tv had plenty of channels and the internet was useful. We had a fox roam through a backyard a couple of times and were able to find mule deer nearby. Being able to split a pass to the community building with swimming pool, exercise equipment, and racquetball worked well for us.

This year my wife and I decided to meet out friends in pagosa springs to enjoy a nice weekend of skiing. We found this nice cabin style home to share for the weekend. The home was very comfortable and clean, we enjoyed the visit and the stay.

It was more than we expected and paid for. It had all the amenites we need plus more. It was a truly relaxing get away after being in the mountain all day. Very relaxed environment and climate control. Wi-Fi was a huge plus for us aswell. No towels or pots and pans required. We will mostly likely rent again!
