Enjoy this spacious contemporary 3 story home on a treed lot with large decks overlooking a valley. It has fireplaces in the living room, family room, and master bedroom, and includes a king, queen, and two twin beds. The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.There is plenty of room to spread out in this home, and you may have use of a two car garage. Close to hiking trails and riding stables.No smoking!!3 night minimum.

We loved this home, it was so spacious and accommodating for spending time with our friends. The kitchen is very large and well equiped and I did a lot of cooking! We had guests for dinner and plenty of room for 2 couples to stay a few days. The lower level has 2 quest bedrooms with a Jack & Jill bathroom, a bar area with seating and an outside patio. The middle level was all about the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry, and wonderful wrap around deck, where we spent most of our time. The top level was a very large loft, with open concept for the Master suite. In the height of summer, this room got too warm. There was a celing fan but it was not positioned over the bed and a floor fan that didn't work. There is a large, covered deck outside the master and the breeze from the deck eventually cooled the room. The other reason was giving this house a 4 star rating was only 1 of 3 TV were working. And this is during the Olympics when TV is really special. The neighborhood is lovely, heavily wooded and hilly. There were hiking trails nearby. The house is located 2.5 miles from a wonderful grocery, restuarants, etc. Great Location, it can't be beat, it gives the Colorado mountain feeling but is quite close to town.

The place was dusty and had lots of dog hair all over the place. Other than that, get place out of town and away from people but close enough to supplies.
