This cabin is 6 miles east of Pagosa Springs on Highway 160 in the San Juan River Resort, mountain side. This is a home on a wooded lot close to several other cabins. It has some views through the trees, easy access to the highway, and 18 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area. The San Juan River Resort is surrounded by 3 million acres of National Forest.
This 2 bedroom plus loft and 2 full baths, plus one car garage. It is completely furnished with stackable washer/dryer, stove, oven. microwave, and most of your small appliances. Pagosa Central Reservations dealt with us quickly and efficiently. The keys were ready for us upon arrival. Great service thankyou. The house was warm, clean and cozy. The home felt secluded nestled in the forest, although you were just off the main road. The home provided everything we needed for our ski vacation. Wolf Creek was only 25 minutes away.(A great resort for beginners)We would most definitely recommend this home to our friends. Great value for money. Needed a light bulb in the laundry room. Thought that $45 for breakages was refundable???

We were happy to get a week at this wonderful cabin where we have stayed so often in past years. Things were a little run-down: cheap, inoperable can opener; dusty knickknacks and missing or burned-out bulbs or batteries. We submitted a bill for the ones we replaced. Hope to get a check covering these replacements.
The location is away from town, so you don't have much noise. The neighbors were super quiet. Some we've come to know over the years. It was like visiting a longtime relative.
It was unseasonably hot. Coverings on the deck windows would have been helpful. We made "air conditioning by raising the garage door just a crack and opening the kitchen door. Nights were cool, as usual. -

Awesome customer service with Pagosa Central Reservation (Charla)! was a last minute reservation and turned out to be a very much needed weekend getaway. House was quiet clean comfortable and beautiful location. Will definetly be back!!

Warm, cozy, nestled in the woods, great deck, well-stocked kitchen, nice and plentiful linens. Only one thing we would have liked more of is a lamp or two for reading in the living room. We'll be back! Thanks for a great place.

cabin is perfect between the town and the wolfcreek.
If you are skiing this a great place to stay as it's also
cclose to the springs. The beds are cmfortable. Has 3
beds and 2 pull out couches
I couldn't find kitchen towels or char coal for the
grill.but that was not much of a big deal.
I would recommend to anyone and I will definitely stay
here again. -
