Beautiful views and close to everything. My only complaint is that twice someone showed up unannounced to service the hot tub, that was awkward and made our romantic trip less romantic.

very comfortable home. looked just like the pictures. have always had good service thru pagosa central reservations. i did find this listing on Vrbo. Great location. wish we had a garage door opener, had to take a run outof the garage to get up the drive, then go thru the house to shut door and lock up. reverse coming in. we worked it out. guess we should have called you about the green hot tub. would stay here again.

We spent a wonderful week here over the 1012 Christmas holiday. 40-45 minutes to Wolf Creek. Cozy, modern, nicely appointed home with hot tub. There were way more pots, pans, dishes and utensils than we needed, and plenty of linens and towels. Not a thing to complain about.

We stayed here for over New Yrs and went skiing in Pagosa Springs. We had never rented a house before so we were not sure what to expect.
This place was wonderful and very clean. There was plenty of space for 8 of us and it was a very warm and welcoming rental. It was fully loaded with everything you need since your so far from home. We would definately rent this place again. A very beautiful house.
